Went to pick up a sandwich. The guy making the sandwich was totally insane - started yelling at me, and told me to take the sandwich and f** off. Yelled non-stop for several minutes. Felt very threatened. Definitely not going again.

Really nice, personable, friendly middle aged woman took my order and a younger woman made the sandwich. Delicious! As another reviewer mentioned, this deli offers a truly delicious made-to-order hummus and veggie sandwich. It was far tastier than I would expect of a humble veggie sandwich. I was tempted to select one of the many meat sandwich options, but a friend raved about their veggie sandwich, so I decided to try it and I'm glad I did. Garlic hummus (you can't taste any garlic and no garlic breath afterwards), roasted red pepper, thick slices of ripe avocado, thick slice cucumber and havarti cheese with choice of thick cut breads. I chose rye, toasted. It's better than it sounds! Next time, I will get a veggie sandwich to go and try one of their many breakfast offerings to eat there. Clean, new building, lots of light, and there are a smattering of nice window seats to sit and people watch while you dine and have a cup of coffee or other beverage. Great downtown option for lunch or breakfast.

Great place for necessities. You can also order made to order sandwiches and drinks. This place is getting 4 stars for convenience as that is the highlight of this place. Reasonable hours and great location in the middle of downtown

This place is a convenient location for a lot of people, but some of their policies and staff knock it down to a 2 or even maybe a 1. This morning I walked in and there were two people waiting for breakfast sandwiches and 3 people including myself waiting to check out. They only had one person working and they were focused on the breakfast sandwiches that were taking forever. The person working also forgot an order she just rang up (it was still on the screen for 2 sandwiches) and she had only made one, so she went back to making another sandwich not even acknowledging the people waiting in line.In addition to this issue this morning, the place is usually understaffed and not very pleasant to talk to. Most of their items are overpriced, probably due to the location. They don't accept American Express nor Apple Pay and have a sign that says no credit card transactions under $4.Don't recommend going here unless you're in a pinch and willing to wait for subpar service.

It's a convenient store with a pretty decent inventory for last minute or emergency items. They also make good sandwiches but they are on the expensive side... about 9 dlls + tip + taxes for a turkey, bacon and cheese sandwich (but it doesn't come with anything else like a drink or chips). You pretty much will pay the price for not walking down to target or any other regular grocery store instead.

Fast friendly and convenient lunch option. A convenience store and deli on one. I enjoy the tuna sandwich, and sometimes the Italian. They also have hot dogs, which are huge.It is pretty small inside but there are bar style seating options at the window as well as two 2-seater tables behind the isles. Quite cozy.

Service was nice/kind and fast. Not busy when I got there by11am. Well supplied convenience store! I was shocked to see how many unique alcoholic drinks they had and many snacks and products they sold! Plus...what even made it better was I had ordered a breakfast burrito and was able to choose which meat I wanted, and she cracked the eggs on a pan right there in front! I thought that was dope. I'm sure it happens at other places but some coffee shops have there eggs premade... so I recommend for a fresh hot breakfast and delicious coffee!

Wished we would have tried this sooner...great breakfast sandwiches, strong coffee, nice lady greeted us as we were waiting for them to open. This is a hidden gem bc on the outside it looks like a convenient store until you walk in and they serve Boars Head deli meats and cheeses on their sandwiches. Nice area to sit down and enjoy your coffee and breakfast. Would come here again for a quick breakfast and hearty lunch.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a little corner store where I can get little snacks here and there. I came in 10 minutes before closing, and all I wanted was something small. Clerk still refused my partner and I service. Maybe post your closing time at 8:50 if it's really not 9 PM.

Discovered this little bodega while walking around seattle. Wanted to grab couple snacks and drinks but the older lady here was very rude and bossy. Not sure if she is the owner or not but she kept raising her voice at me and shoo'ed me away. Don't know if you guys are trying to run a business or trying to get rid of your customers but did not feel welcomed here at all
