Tolex African Grill

Great authentic food. My favorite African spot. The menu has variety. Service is great and the food is always hot and fresh! I order Togo this time. The establishment is small seating 5 tables max.

One of my go-to's for Nigerian food. It's a no fuss restaurant with straight forward service and authentic food. It's tucked away in an unassuming plaza and while there are TVs and music, I go for the food. My usual order is jollof with peppered fish and the suya appetizer.

I walked into the building and it felt like home the owner Tolex and staff are so welcoming and then the menu tells you everything you need to know I ordered the goat pepper soup the asun egosi soup with foo foo and the beef suya with fried rice when I say I had sat there and enjoyed every bite of everything I have to come back and try everything the soobolo drink is superb and wines were amazing with this authentic food from the mother land I'm truly impressed and will be back

I came here and asked the lady if I could try the soup she stated no. I have never gone to any African restaurant and they wouldn't give a spoon sized sample. I will not be back here

The food is actually good. The service I received was great. The restaurant itself is small but clean. The staff work really hard and I can't wait to visit this location again

It was my first time ordering from here and I was in the hospital so I just want some African food ( I am African). The food was not good I ordered the okra and I ordered the goat pepper soup which was just spicy with no flavor. My order was like $70 and it was very disappointing I didn't even eat any of it. There was a big chunks for cow skin, a big chunk of tripe in the okra just big that was all the meat that was in there. Sad to say I won't be ordering here again because it was honestly a waste of money.

Authentic West African food, Very good service! I recommend this establishment. You won't regret it.
