Honestly was not really impressed with a few different things and maybe that's my fault for hoping wok dishes would taste decent from a teriyaki place.Mongolian Beef - 2/5 I wouldn't order again. I like my Mongolian been a little more charred and thinner slices. I do love green and white onions so bring it on but this dish had thick slices of beef that was more soft/mushy than crisp. Portion wise it was great and came with a lot of food.House fried rice - 3/5 I usually just order chicken fried rice because I'm always picky with shrimp from places but I guess it wouldn't have mattered because with our HOUSE fried rice we got 3 pieces of shrimp... that was a little bothersome. The other thing I did not like was how large the slices of meat was, basically an entire strip of teriyaki chicken and beef for slices. Didn't take the time to cut it into smaller cubes. Portion wise was also great but we paid extra for house fried rice and got 3 pieces of shrimp so not really worth it. Bottom line is maybe I missed the punch by not ordering teriyaki chicken but I don't think I'll be ordering from here again anytime soon.

It took us 4.5 years of living in Renton to finally try this place. Talk about bang for your buck! The spicy chicken teriyaki is sufficiently spicy! I say that because I don't like anything super spicy where I can't feel my mouth anymore. It has the heat and flavor. The general tso is also mildly spicy but has so much more flavor than just the heat. Also, the batter is not too thick. I do hate it when there's more batter than meat. Lastly, this serving is very generous! One item can be good for two people or for two meals! Oh and this place is so clean and the owners are super nice and just so friendly.

Unfortunately, I have to now give them a 1 star. My beef yakisoba tasted off. I cannot describe it, just not appetizing at all and no beefy flavor. The chicken teriyaki is not tender and the portion shrank. The gyoza had a nice crispy outside but for $62 (not including $8 tip) for 2 people for TAKE OUT, not a restaurant, no thank you. I understand prices on everything are up but I have to draw the line somewhere. I'm sure I can find a decent teriyaki place for less or at least tastier for the money.

Not too thrilled about the changes. I'm thinking the ownership or cook might have changed. I got the spicy chicken teriyaki delivered:The chicken was cooked perfectly but the spicy sauce has changed into something a little more runny and less spicy. The Mac salad was also runnier and less Al dente which I was not a fan of.What else tipped me was the container was shallower and in turn there was less rice.Overall a downgrade from the previous experience.

Used to be so good but not anymore. Bought an order of chicken teriyaki and general tsos. $38. To go. Bring food home. Chicken is dryyyyyyyyyyy and burnt. Even the chicken in the general tso is dry. How is that possible? Deep fried chicken dry? They even put the "salad" in the same to go box as the hot food. Pretty sad. This place was so good too....giving them 2 stars because their mac salad is decent. Won't come back.

We ordered a veggie yakisoba and it was missing the mushrooms and was so oily and just not appetizing! The chicken teriyaki was dry and tasted old and lacked flavor !! We called to complain and the lady was so rude and wouldn't give me a solution other than to tell me not to call cuz she has people there and I just need to come back !! We will never come back !! I should've known seeing that they have an okay health dept rating ! We have orders before and it was ok but This time they literally were shady with the portions of the double Mac and just overall i just wouldn't eat here ! Stay away !! There are other teriyaki places way better than this and probably way cleaner and have a good and excellent rating in their restaurants than this !

Ordered a spicy chicken teriyaki, definitely generous on the portions. They also have spicy katsu chicken which is really good, marinated chicken that's breaded katsu. Has a nice crunch and my boyfriend really liked it. I like that they give you a little macaroni salad on the side. Only note I would say is the spicy chicken sauce had a lot more oil than I expected but it was still tasty.

As one of a handful of teriyaki joints in the area (heck there is another one across the street), this place is basically right next to Safeway, where I needed to go anyway for some groceries. As I come in, I noticed the place is warm and welcoming with enough tables for several groups of people. There is a nice Asian lady at the counter waiting for me to give her my order. So I ordered the Chicken n Beef Teriyaki Combo($15.99). Comes with rice, salad and macaroni salad. Everything was delicious. The chicken was not dry, the beef was tender, and both salads were really good. The only thing that might be a negative is that the teriyaki sauce is a bit on the saltier side. They have other choices on the menu like Mongolian Beef or Sweet n Sour Chicken if teriyaki isn't your thing. I lean more towards teriyaki because there are probably more Chinese places than teriyaki ones.Store hours are monday through saturday 10:30 am to 9:30 pm. Closed sundays. Pretty nice place for decent teriyaki. I'm sure I will be back to try other selections if i'm not feening for teriyaki.Yelp 2024 Review #1928 overall
