Tokyo Teriyaki & Wok

If you're craving teriyaki, this is the place to try. I got their chicken teriyaki with 3 prawns ($14) and I really enjoyed it. The sauce of the teriyaki was sweet, flavorful, and savory. The chicken was tender. The prawns were crispy and so good. The dressing on the salad was pretty good as well, as it had a sweet taste to it. Customer service was great. Staff were pretty friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations on things we might like. The food was cooked in a timely manner. The ambiance of the restaurant was average. Just a place to enjoy your food and then be on your way. Overall I enjoyed this restaurant and I would come back for their bento box to try.

Glad their full sushi roll menu is available again. Psst: was told the owner is a trained sushi chef. Family owned.The sushi rolls here are fresh and filled my sushi cravings. Enjoyed the scrumptious and light crunchy mouth feel of the sexy roll and the warm pillowy sweet goodness of the baked scallop roll. Both very different yet delicious in its own unique way. The nigiri here is good too if you like the more pure way of eating sushi. They are not a full on sushi bar though if you want variety, go to Best in Duvall for this area. For a teriyaki place, this is excellent sushi and you do get a plethora of rolls to choose from at a decent price point. $12.95 to $14.95 per roll as of June 2023.Glad there's a great sushi roll place in Monroe! To go was a quick 15 minutes and always ready on time. Super friendly couple and daughter I will definitely return for more sushi goodness! Easy parking in a strip mall by Fred's.

Really yummy and the lady is sooo nice. I have many great memories of taking the kids to get takeout and being fed potsticker after potsticker while we waited for them to make our food. My wife says the sushi is good (by Monroe standards) and I had some delicious spicy pork yakisoba. My daughter loves the bento boxes.

This is the teriyaki place that you've been looking for! Reminds me of my favorite place from college. Excellent sauce, great prices, and friendly service. I usually phone in my order for pickup and it's always ready by the time I arrive. Thank you Tokyo Teriyaki & Wok!!

the atmosphere is decent and the people are friendly. But that was the best thing about the experience. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the food was ready by the time I walked to my table.Their food came out immediately so it had been cooked already. the chicken was unforrtualey very dry. and not very hot..Just warm. flavor was ok. it was middle of the road taste but not really spicy. The facility is very dirty. I used the restroom and the door was black and sticky where people have touched it. the bathroom was not very clean either. The front window looked like they had not cleaned that either. So for Cleanliness alone I would give them a 1-2 star. I dont like giving bad reviews, but this was not a great experience.

The hot food was absolutely delicious. Quantity and taste were worth the price. Now the sushi. Usually I'm not a fan of rolls but I will be going back again to eat theirs. The textures and flavors checked all my boxes plus some! The service was good. The lady even brought the food out to the car when it was ready. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Ohhh la la the baked scallop sushi is mouth watering order three and two ya go delicious! Seriously best I've had! Of course we didn't stop there- the shrimp tempura roll with the crunchy outsideTeriyaki chicken - delicious- nice thick cut chicken not your usual dried out think cut over cooked- nope this was delicious fresh made ready to eat and dare I say moist!!!! Orange chicken - FLAVOR BABY! Loved this one and nice big chunks with chicken in! You know often it's almost 80% breading- not here here every bite had some chicken! Perfect flavor absolutely ordered it again! And of courseChicken katsu- the only one slightly disappointing but still delicious- would have loved it to be as thick as the teriyaki but hey everything else was out of this world! And the service was fast friendly and spot on excellent customer service!

Super yummy. We've never had a bad thing there. The deluxe bento box is our favorite.

The food was not living up. To for say Kami's teriyaki .the service was okayThe ambiance is really mid.
