Tokyo Teriyaki & Wok

Back when I lived close by, this is was always my favorite go to teriyaki spot. Food is always consistently good, service is always fast and friendly, and it is located in a very convenient area. Highly reccomend for anyone working / living in the area.

Removing a star for a few reasons: prices aren't listed on the menu board, complimentary gyoza's are no longer and service is not friendly.

I ordered the spicy chicken and my wife got the bento lunch. She got rice a roll chicken and gyoza with a salad on the side. No prices but it was just over fifteen both dishes came to be 35 with tax. My chicken was not very spicy but had lots of flavor. My wife had a grab bag of goods and was very happy with her meal. She had to come back to it later and finished it for dinner. Service was quick I really enjoyed my meal. We will be back.

The guy working is unwelcoming and quite off putting. Seems irritated just to take an order. The boba teas aren't even real tea. It's more like a highly fake sugar flavored smoothie. The prices there are outrageous. The feel of the whole place is just off. Sad when there are such great places on either side of this one.

We have eaten here a few times and it has always been delicious!Tonight was exceptional!Customer service was great, very friendly. We were greeted when we walked inside .Our take out order was promptly taken and we waited inside the clean dining area.Food was brought to us, well packaged..it smelled so good we couldn't wait to get home!I got the Teriyaki chicken, he got the Kung Pao chicken and we both got an egg roll. The egg rolls are awesome! Love!I loved my teriyaki chicken, the sauce is amazing and I love the little simple salad that comes with it..dressing is bomb. He enjoyed his Kung Pao, I tried some and it was very good, not greasy or too spicy. Portions are generous ,we both have leftovers for tomorrow! (Or when I raid the fridge in the middle of the night...... shhhhhhhh!)Thanks Tokyo Teriyaki &Wok...my new fav!

Went to pay for carry out. Had issues with CC machine. Went to guy at the counter to discuss. He tossed the receipt at me, spoke rudely/belittling stating "don't know how to use a machine? No one else has a problem with it but you". I told him to cancel my order, that you don't treat customers that way. I began to leave when he ran ahead of me and blocked the doorway. I asked him several times to let me leave. He, with his body and arms bracing the doorway, would not allow me to leave. I tried pushing the door open past him and finally pushed him out of my way so I could leave. He yelled "F... you!" as I left. I immediately called Everett PD and reported it. I would NEVER recommend this place. I read reviews once home, and it seems that this is not a first-- time occurrence.

Lunch time on a weekday. Parking lot is packed, but only two people dining in? Basic lunch will set you back $15?? I can get 3 whole Costco chickens for that, and they wouldn't taste nearly as dry. Pre-Covid this place was jam packed with people standing in line waiting to take their food to-go, and every table taken with dine-in. This is what happens to restaurants when inflation and post-Covid-greed take hold. Steer clear of this one and seek out the places where everyone else congregates, because that's how you beat inflationary greed!

Worst service ever! My 16 yr old tried to surprise me by picking up dinner, called and placed the order at 7:38pm ended up at wrong location and as she was walking into the location a man called to tell her food was ready (7:50pm) we thanked him and said she was walking in the door right now. Turned out she was at the wrong teriyaki place so she called back to find address to come get the food she ordered and the man who answered the phone yelled at her, cussed at her and hung up. After a little searching we found she was 2 blocks away from this restaurant and could have been there to pick up the food by 8pm when they closed. Instead the owner told her repeatedly to "F$#* You" and hung up.He was mad because it was 5 min before closing. Had he quit yelling long enough to answer the question it turns out she was 2 blocks away and could have easily been there, paid for the food and no issue. Instead he berated her, was rude and lost out on us being able to get the order. If he didn't want the business close to closing time he should have just said that when she called. The entire fiasco took 20 minutes?!? We will NEVER be back.

The man working the front is pretty rude. When I ask questions about what comes in their orders, he looks at me like I'm stupid for asking. There's an option to sign your name on the paper receipt or the pinpad. I ordered two things separately. First order I signed on the paper receipt then while purchasing the second order I noticed the option to sign on the pinpad. I asked is it okay if I sign on here and he said "Sure" like no shit obviously. In hindsight yeah it probably doesn't matter where I sign but making me feel like an idiot for asking questions shows lack of respect.
