Convenient location. Good service, but food very much lacked flavor. Very bland. Don't recommend the burritos or enchiladas.

Came in for late lunch / early dinner after antiquing in the area. Very busy, but we were able to snag a patio spot with the waterfall behind us for our party of 5. Not a lot to choose from that's vegetarian friendly. Fresh fruit margaritas (mango and tamarindo) were wonderful. Cactus salad was not something you find on every Mexican restaurant menu and was a definite hit. Guacamole was laughably small. What, was that like half an avocado?? Chile relleno and avocado tostada were lackluster but at least filling. I'd come back for drinks and that cactus salad, but the rest I could 100% leave.

When trying to find great Mexican food in this area, I generally have the same reaction that my parents had to my first crayon scribblings: " er it...good... what is it?"I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Great food, good service, and reasonably priced. The ambience is also less touristy than your typical Mexican restaurant. I kind of like thatI will be back

I am delighted to update my review with more praise. My hubby and I headed in for a late lunch this Saturday and sat in the bar. We had a beautiful view of the Snohomish River from our booth. Do not miss the margaritas here! Last time I had a skinny and it was the best ever. This time I opted for one of their delicious fresh fruit margaritas. They have so many flavors to choose from: pineapple, mango, pomegranate, tamarind, peach, pear, raspberry, blueberry and blackberry. I'm probably forgetting a few. I loved the pomegranate. Served up and on the rocks with fresh pomegranate seeds floating around. My husband ordered the mango and his too had bits of mango in the drink. No artificial syrupy additives here!My husband had a chimichanga and a tamale. He enjoyed them both. I ordered the chipotle enchilada and cleaned. my. plate. It was phenomenal. I asked for extra chips just to lap up the delicious sauce. I will be back and will absolutely be ordering that again. And a margarita or two.

This was some of the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The soup was like tasteless tomato water. The rice was undercooked. Service was not great- Drinks (iced tea & lemonade) were never refilled & neither was the salsa or other requests for sides. Our first & last time at this restaurant. Very cool river view on the outdoor patio was GREAT, definitely the highlight.

BEST chicken enchilada in town for a cheap ala cart lunch on a budget. The Marguaritas are very nice but PRICEY! At $15-10 per drink. Last time someone treated me for my birthday, it was cold day in May, so The MUCHO MACHO CARNE BURRITO and a glad of red wine really helped me! Last , but not least, the CEVICHE MEAL (huge appetizer) is excellent ! FOR BIRTHDAYS, Owner RUBIN MachuPichu gives a complimentary FLAN for dessert.

Located in Snohomish along the main drag. Has an awesome view of the river, street parking is limited and you may need to park on a side street but the food is worth a little walk. We were greeted and seated as soon as we entered. Window seats give you a great view of the river and river walk. The half serving of black bean soup was huge. We were not able to eat all of it plus our entree. The guacamole was delicious and just the way I like it, creamy with chunks. My taco salad was a little on the small side but very filling and came with a choice of proteinThe enchiladas and rice were perfectly cooked.I would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again. Be sure to give Todos a try!

We've been eating at Todo Mexico in Snohomish for about 20 years and, up until a couple years ago, really enjoyed the food, but today was our last time. We ordered the chicken enchiladas suizas and a shredded beef chimichanga which both came with a side of rice and refried beans. The beans were a soupy consistency and didn't contain any beans, and it tasted more like the celery and other vegetables that were cooked with the bean soup. The meat in both the chimichangas and suizas was about a third of a portion and the suizas main flavor was from the corn tortillas. In general, portions are much smaller and indifferently seasoned, and cost a lot more. We are done here.

Went with a big group before prom, and the waiters were very unfriendly, not one smiled at us the entire time. One of my friends got the completely wrong food. The food in my opinion was very bland, and didn't even meet Americanized Mexican food standards. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
