Tocaya - Fashion Square

We had a delicious dinner here! We were on vacation with our girls and it's the perfect place. Decorated beautiful lots of indoor seating. The service was so nice. The manager offered us water with lids for our girls and we greatly appreciated it. My husband loved his bowl and my taco combo was soooooo good! It's so close to the main promenade. We highly recommend!

While shopping in the mall this place is attached to, I took a wrong turn and stumbled across Tocaya. I was hungry so went in for some tacos. I ordered three, two Chicken Tinga and one Asada. I'm not sure why I felt so surprised but these tacos were great! The Tinga taco was full of chicken and spicy. The asada also had great flavor. A great spot if you're at Fashion Square.

We had our book club meet here. It was my first time eating here. Inside of restaurant isn't that big but offers a cozy dining experience. There is a happy hour from 3-6pm. We ordered the guacamole and opted to have plantain chips with those, chips and salsa and the street corn.For my entree, I ordered the Grilled Pineapple Al Pastor but subbed out the Diablo Chicken (too spicy for me) for the chicken tings. OMG the bowl was so delicious. There still was a kick in the bowl LOL. I also enjoyed the strawberry basil aqua Fresca.Overall pleasant experience and I found the food delicious.

The food tastes like white people made it. Very bland. I don't think there's any Mexicans back there in the kitchen.

This restaurant has a very nice ambiance. Clean and modern. It is kind of like an upscale chipotle but the food is made in the kitchen and not like the chipotle setup. My whole family enjoyed this food. Very flavorful. I am visiting from out of town and would love to eat here all the time. The black bean soup was good, all the bowls were good, and even the aqua Fresca was good. I usually do not like Frescas, but this is delicious!My brother ordered 2 tequila drinks and the bartender did an amazing job with mixing the drinks as i tasted both of them and they were very good.Definitely would recommend this place as I'm sure everything on the menu would be tasty.

We enjoyed all the food we ordered and they have some great vegan options too. We got the queso, birria bowl and the vegan chicken mushroom quesadilla. Love that you can just order up front and then they bring the food out to you. Also the place was very clean and the food overall was great for clean Mexican food!

This is the BEST place for Taco Tuesday!!! Cheap and delicious tacos with great margaritas (also discounted!!) the chips and salsa were to die for! I didn't take many pics as I was busy stuffing my face! Definitely going to be my new go to Taco Tuesday hang out!! The restaurant it's self is really cute and Mexican inspired! The staff is friendly and welcoming!! My only complaint is that they have poor virgin drink options; I wish there was a little more as I don't drink alcohol!! But otherwise this place rocks!

Love the burrito here! Service is good and plenty of seating area. It is conveniently located outside the mall, perfect place to go after shopping.

Came to Arizona for a girls trip. And after a hectic day of flying filled with delays and only eating airplane snacks, I went to Tocaya for an early dinner/late lunch and definitely was not disappointed. The restaurant is located in a nice area with tons to see and do (shops, close to old town). And the menu options were vast and I love how they offered both vegan and non-veg items, which was great to accommodate everyone's dietary preferences. The restaurant itself was super clean and cute; they had a giant window to see the food being made, which I thought was a nice touch. The staff were great and the food did not take too long. I really enjoyed the aqua Fresca and vegan queso. There were so many more options I wanted to try from the menu, so definitely will try to make a trip back before I leave.

My wife and I really loved this place. Chill vibes, IG worthy venue, and delicious food. More elevated than Chipotle and legit cocktails. Our new go to spot and great vegan options. Nice people too. We will be back!
