Tipsy Chicken

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! I love out in Gilbert and try to come out as often as I canThe fried chicken. It don't matter which one you get they are delish. Sooo crispy. I'm a sauce on the side kinda gurl. I don't like it too soggy. 10/10Had the tekkboki. Chewy and a good amount of spice. 9/10Dumplings. It would be hard to mess them up 10/10Pho Tai. Piping hot. VEGGIES ARE SOOOOO FRESH. Good amount of meat. I love they serve it out of a metal bowl. This is good I wouldn't not order again but I could go else where for pho. They use just a little too much anis or let it soak too long for my taste. But I still would order it if needed. 7/10Chicken Sandwich. Not really all that juicy according to my husband even with the sauce 7/10BUT the fries!!!! O. M. G. BOMB BOMB BOMB!!! Probably one of THEE best fries I have ever had. 11/10Don't pass this place up. They served cold beer. Sodas are in cans. They have mixed drinks too. You won't be disappointed.

3.5/5 for a takeout order. Confused about the difference in portions, which is reflected in the review.Tteokbokki - I was craving this, and it did satisfy that craving. Just can't justify the price in my head because the portion was so small. Rice cakes were nice and chewy, nothing wrong with the dish but expensive compared to the fried rice portion I got, which was almost the same price.Kimchi fried rice (w/ bulgogi beef) - Beef cooked nicely with soft texture. Presentation was beautiful even in the takeout container. Good portion for the price too - this was really solid. Can't speak on service but I'd like to be back to try their korean fried chicken because it looks delicious.

Honey Butter chicken wings and Soy Garlic chicken wings. For crunch it's a 5/5 but I recommend the soy garlic. We kinda wish we got a spicy flavor instead..The spam kimichi fried rices was a 2/5 for me. FLAVOR and spicy was just not it. I'm not sure if I wanted more kimichi flavor or just that it needed some more gochugaru..Then we had Rice cake and sausage skewers and I'm give them a 3/5..Overall, just go for their fried chicken wings but there a defiantly other places near by that are just as good.

Friday evening with reservation party of 9 - no problem. The service was amazing and very attentive - constant check ins. Tipsy Chicken is in the same plaza as H-Mart so you can walk there after eating here! Inside it looks like a nightclub kind of with bar seating and usual Jinro Merch. I liked the decor.The chicken came out HOT and super juicy. We pretty much tried every flavor of the chicken. My party has been here recently and also when it was called Po Chicken. There was a new fish sauce flavor they opted to try which was ok not my favorite. Very crunchy and the sauces were all solid. I think my favorite was the soy garlic followed by the original. Definitely think this chicken was much crunchier than bb.q chicken(which I think is good too don't get me wrong). What interested me was that there was Pho here! SO RANDOM - must be Vietnamese owners. I had to order the pho as I haven't had that much good pho in Phoenix. I thought it'd be so ironic if I had better pho at a Korean fried chicken place than those other places I've tried.....In my opinion it was better if not just as good as every other pho spot I've had in Phoenix besides Pho Chandler. With that being said, plenty of pho spots in this area within like a mile or two - I've only tried one so try them all and find your own preference, but the pho here really impressed me actually. Great spot come here get the original chicken and see how crunchy and chewy it is .

Some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. I'm serious. I love the Korean style of fried chicken. The texture and the taste were perfect. Definitely don't come here if you're on a diet or trying to lose weight..

Now, I wouldn't recommend getting "tipsy" off the chicken alone (though the portions are generous), but that soy garlic flavor? Let's just say it'll have you saying "oh mama" faster than you can say "last call."The chicken itself deserves a medal. It's like they took regular fried chicken, put it through boot camp, and it emerged a golden-brown champion. The crust is so satisfyingly crispy, you'll be channeling your inner ASMR with every satisfying crunch.But the real star of the show is the soy garlic sauce. It's that perfect balance of sweet, savory, and garlicky that makes your taste buds do the chicken dance. One dip and you'll be questioning all your past fried chicken choices. Be warned, sharing is not an option with this sauce. You'll be guarding it like a jealous dragon guarding its hoard of... well, delicious soy garlic sauce.So, next time you're in Mesa and feeling a little peckish (or maybe a lot peckish, no judgement here), head to Tipsy Chicken. Just be prepared to get a little messy - these wings are finger-lickin' good, and I mean that literally. You might need a few extra napkins, but trust me, it's worth it.

1/13/2024: Korean American Day We just got SERVED! All hail the KFC GAWDS: Tipsy Chicken AZ in the Asian District on Main Street of Mesa Az!They really got it going on! Serving up some of the BEST! I'm talking piping hot, beautifully breaded CRUNCHY chicken wings with a juicy tenderness underneath (lip smackin- finger lickin' - morsels of goodness) that are available in three delicious flavors! The Original, Soy & Garlic, and Sweet & Spicy! P.S. Those are some BIG BIRDS too!Don't forget to try the Bulgogoi Fries, Pork Belly Corn Cheese, & their signature cocktails too! All items are seriously on point!

Tipsy Chicken is conveniently located next to Hmart and Daiso. We got their original wings with sauces on the side: Soy Garlic, Sweet & Spicy, and Fish Sauce Glaze. The wings were so big and filling, I'm so glad we didn't get more food because we already were struggling to finish everything at the end. My personal favorite was the Soy Garlic. The cheese corn was on the sweeter side and was soooo cheesy. The portions here are big so come with a larger group or a larger stomach. Whoever was on aux needs a raise fr! @cravingswithcat

We ordered the sweet & spicy Korean fried chicken(not pictured) and the kimchi fried rice. I really enjoyed the fried rice with the cucumbers. I'm not a big fan of saucy fried chicken but it was very crunchy and had a nice spicy taste. Our table area was a little dirty as there was food on the ground from the previous table but they were able to clean it up.

Crispy hot fried chicken, best I've ever had ! We come here for the honey -soy fried chicken. I also love the pho here it's the best broth I've ever tasted!
