Timo's is one of my go to spots for wines and tapas.I have never had a bad pour, nor tapas or a pizza here that is not bathed with love.Prosciutto, fig pizza with arugula is amazing with a Pinot NoirRestaurant WeekI started with the bubbly Prosecco!Course 1 plus pairingScallops with Sauvignon BlancBest fennel prep ever. Delicious crust on the scallop!Course 2 pairingSteak with onion soup covered with aged Swiss Gruyère paired with a light Pinot Noir. Do not mistake this creative take on soup. It almost had a hint of the Mediterranean! Chef says it is from the steak marinate. I was almost tasting a mild Malay soup Kabing from Singapore, a lamb dish. We had this special meal on the front end. Chef Pedro spoiled me by cooking these courses for lunch. Course 3 Beef tenderloin with Merlot: the tenderloin had a perfect crust and medium rare with a little blood.Course 4Strawberry trifle with Brut! What a treat!!Bubbly at the front and at the end!Bravo, Chef Pedro!!!Cours

I really don't understand the menu here...Food really isn't that good. Drinks are just as bad. When I order a cocktail I want to enjoy the flavor of it, not get shit faced. If I wanted that I'd order a shot.10/10 do NOT recommend. The place itself smells awful.

I got wine and food here with my friends to celebrate finishing our exams! The inside of the restaurant is very cute and warm. My friends both ordered pizza and shared the Timo bread. They both loved it! I got the lamb entree and asked for gluten free. I loved my dish! The sauce was very balanced to veggie to risotto ratio was perfect! I did substitute my rice for the asparagus one. The lamb was cooked perfectly! I definitely would order this dish again. We also shared a bottle of Malbec and it was tasty! Can't wait to come back!

Amazing! I came in on your Saturday morning after running some errands and asked for the charred octopus which is served over a white bean bacon casserole. Every favor in this dish cakes out to play the bacon in the beans gives it just the right touch of salt to be honest the casserole tasted like mom's frijoles charros. The octopus is cooked in the wood oven to perfection not slummy and not over chewy. Tip of the hat to the chef. Music was definitely the ride mood with some old school reggae not blasting but very clear. I will be back very soon come enjoy this hidden gem!

Blink and you will miss this place! The restaurant is tucked away near an office building on Central. Hard to find does translate into ample parking from Happy Hour on. We had a group of 10 on their patio. It's cozy with a fire pit and smells of mesquite or wood burning from smoker. Sometimes service suffers in the patio but ours was fantastic. I recommend the boards they offer but the appetizers in general are really good! Most of the table ordered and raved about the red sangria but they have a couple of flavor options include blackberry. Holiday lights are up there so if you need a place to celebrate you should check this place out. We will be back for sure!

We love Timo! This wine bar is a hidden gem with amazing, fresh, carefully crafted cocktails and the food is absolutely divine. I especially love the steak Cobb salad. My husband waffles back and forth for 20 minutes between the tenderloin and the salmon. He landed on the tenderloin tonight but we will definitely be back for the salmon soon. Our son love the wood fired pizzas. 10/10 recommend.

My third time to Timo tonight. This is a fantastic first date spot, especially the patio. I have found the seating inside to be either hard steel chairs, or strange little couches with the table too high to make use of. Still, the wine selection, menu was very interesting, good attentive service as well. Pricing is as you would expect. Figure on $60 for two people for appetizers and wine.

Timo is a fantastic place for a meal, for tapas or for happy hour. There is a generous patio with a mix of dining tables and cushioned patio furniture. Live music is also available on certain nights. On this, my third or fourth visit, service and food was much more consistent than my first visit. The food was great but the service was only fair on my first couple of tries. They have it all ironed out now, though! The crew is cohesive and attentive with nice bar drinks and wines and a solids menu of tapas to full entrees. Build in an old firehouse, Timo has a great ambiance indoors and out. But, by all means, go for the food and beverage options, all of which is cooked in a wood-fired oven!
