I love this place. Always friendly staff. My grandparents and I used to go here all the time-they still remember our orders even though we aren't able to go nearly as much. Their lunch specials are amazing, with your choice of pizza or pasta, salad, and a drink for less than $15. It looks like New York in there and is always clean.

A well prepared side salad did not prepare me for a very disappointing dinner. The meatball sub was awful. The meat was so dry and even sauce and mozzarella couldn't save it. The bread was chewy and even a bit doughy. The French fries were seasoned to the point where I tasted more of that than potato. This was unfortunate but other Italian destinations await.

The food is always outstanding. Well cooked and oh so tasty. Homemade salsa yummy, eggs done how you like it I love poached eggs so I was very happy to get my eggs soft poached. The service is also great on point and they are very quick to take your order. This location as the others is so clean included including the bathroom.

First time at this location. We were there on a Sunday afternoon. They greeted and seated us promptly and took our drink order. When they came back with drinks we ordered the crab cakes. I overheard the manager say everything was made from scratch yet I would dispute that based on the cakes we received. They were ok. I don't think I would order them again. On to main course. My wife had the Rigatoni a la Laura. The sauce was really thin. It tasted ok but when she would pick up a noodle the sauce would just drip off of it. I had the Pollo Marconi. First impression was it could be a little bit warmer. It wasn't cold but it wasn't as hot as I would have liked. I thought they were trying a little too hard on this dish. My personal opinion was the breading on the chicken brought nothing to the table. The pasta was and sauce was really good though. We are wondering if we got the B kitchen team since we were there Sunday afternoon and plan to return based on our food experience at the Deer Valley store. But best I can give them this visit is 3 stars. Hoping for better results next time.

I had the pleasure of dining at Times Square where not only was the food amazing, but so was the service. We were fortunate enough to be served by an extraordinary individual, Jessica, who truly epitomized the art of hospitality. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel right at home. Not only was she knowledgeable about the menu, but she also took the time to listen to our preferences and offered insightful recommendations. The baked seafood fondue is addictive and honestly I could've just eaten that by itself as a main plate! The bruschetta is fresh and delicious. I had the Linguini E Vongole Bianco. The white wine sauce was perfect and the baby clams were cooked and seasoned just right. I tried some of my dates eggplant parmigiano. The eggplant was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of crispiness on the outside and a soft, melty texture on the inside. The marinara sauce was perfectly tangy.Dining in such a clean and well-maintained space not only enhances the overall dining experience but also instills a sense of confidence and trust in the establishment. It's clear that each member of the team was well-trained and dedicated to providing top-notch service. We will come back.

Service was polite & friendly, very fast. The server was well-informed about the menu and she gave recommendations as well. Really great service, even if the food had just been decent, we would be back bc I was super pleased with the level of service given. For the food:The menu was pretty big. They have calamari. I was stoked but kiddo didn't want calamari so I didn't buy it, bc I'm not about to eat a whole appetizer & entree on my own. It sounded really good though. I had the pasta Giovanni. I love my protein and they had 2 in it, chicken & sausage. Yum. The sauce was creamy and rich without being heavy and overly thick & rich. The tomato was not too acidic and the pasta was cooked well. The chicken pieces were cooked properly and not overdone. Sometimes with 2 proteins, one is overcooked while the other is decent. However, both were cooked properly. The portion was generous, so I have enough for lunch tomorrow. This was tasty, not overly salty, and it was done well. Yum. Kiddo had the penne with marinara. She kept saying "omg this is so good, I can't believe this is happening to me". Weird on my kiddo's part, but the sauce was pretty good. So, that should speak for itself. The kid's portions are a good size. She put a big dent in it, as we got there after her practice so she was hungry, but still had some leftover for lunch. Our meals came with garlic bread. It was pretty standard, but we dipped ours in our respective sauces and both really liked it. Dessert: bc obvi we aren't skipping that-Tiramisu-I was really excited for it, bc I love tiramisu and get it at almost every place I see it. It was decent, but I could have gone for more coffee flavor. Since the name means "pick-me-up" you'd assume there would be a touch more coffee in it. It doesn't taste bad at all, just like a vanilla dessert that's pretty creamy. Brownie-kiddo was disappointed they didn't have ice cream for on top of the brownie, but still wanted the brownie. It was pretty standard as far as brownies go. It was in the middle of fudgy & cakey. They served it warm with some whipped cream on top. Kiddo was going to try to eat the entire brownie and I said no. Basically, it's a shareable size, as was the tiramisu. Would I go here again? Yes. It wasn't too dark or overly loud or cold. Generally a comfortable family-friendly atmosphere with good food, and it looked clean. I felt like it's a decent value for the price, and the food had good flavor to it. We'll be back soon.

Review based on breakfast only! While it's an Italian restaurant, all the options were traditional breakfast options - think simpler version of IHOP. The food was good for sure, but there's plenty of options for anyone to pick from and the service was great. Friendly staff and helpful, coffee was never empty and they filled our cups several times during the meal. I had the Spanish omelet which was a great vegetarian option, home style fries, that came with a side of toast or English muffin - nice touch! The potatoes were well cooked just lacked a bit of season or maybe just salt. The omelet had just the right amount veggies in it and topped with cheese. Overall a nice place to stop for a good breakfast and great service. There was no wait and food came out really fast, huge plus!

I've been here a few times for breakfast and dinner, and for me, the breakfast vibe is better than the dinner vibe. This place is fairly new, but it does have an old-school diner vibe. I like it. Okay, I said the word "vibe" three times, so that's enough. Whoops that's 4!I wish the whole place was executed better from a service standpoint. It's very slow and it is really weird to walk in the front door, see the "please wait to be seated"sign and have to stand there for several awkward minutes, watching people eat and watching staff members look over periodically, not saying a word. Very odd.The pizza was just okay, it was somewhat bland. The breakfast was better, from both a service standpoint and a food standpoint. I'll probably give it another try for dinner in the near future.Service is a bit slow

First off, I've reviewed the place before, and THIS time it was different. Our party was 6. We started with 3 orders of clams in white wine & garlic...rubbery and dry. Swimming in juice, even though the clams themselves were overcooked. That's a first. No garlic bread was served with them, even though it's included. One party had to go get it...not a good look, considering the staff knows us. There were ZERO drink refills and 2 of our party, who were parents that we had raved to about this place for years only to eat two clams, out of 3 dozen. He had to ask twice for an NA beer. Not a good first impression.Mind you his whole fam throws extravagant NYE parties, and they have exacting standards to say the least. They are not easy to impress and eating 2 or 3 wings out of 10 was a no-go. Between 2 of them!!Next up, 2 kinds of veal, which was decent. His parents had wings and ate one apiece. Not good, again. We ordered a bottle of wine, but no water or iced tea was refilled, we were okay with refilling our own wines, from the bottle. The ladies split a caprese and a philly cheesesteak. Caprese was anemic. Tomatoes unripe. eggplant overcooked. We didn't' bother to order dessert, we paid the bill and bailed. Like I said, we've never had a bad experience here before, so not sure what this evening was all about...we'll go again when they are back in town next year, without the parents.
