Time Bistro

This place is FANTASTIC for vegetarians and vegans. They have a whole veggie menu with veggie or vegan versions of just about everything and more than one protein choice or option too. I would come back just for that but the Thai tea, bahn mi, and egg rolls were tasty so I also liked that. I'd love to come back and try the soup. Service was good and ambiance was nice. It looks kind of unassuming from outside and the sign is smaller and up high so you could almost miss it but inside is nicely furnished and clean (not always what I come to expect from restaurants in this area as it's so close to UW). I'd definitely come back and recommend to veggie, vegan, or meat-eating folks.

Actually not bad. Broth was tasty. Ordered through door dash and this was miles better tasting than lucky pho. Would order again but only if I have a serious craving for pho.

I had the chicken with vermicelli noodles, this was about as good a dish as i've ever had at a vietnamese restaurant. I'm a fan.

Received some catered Banh Mi from Time Bistro for an event. There were 4 flavor options: beef, pork, chicken, and tofu. We also ordered salads for those who were vegan. I chose the beef Banh Mi. It was delicious even though it was cold. The beef was tender and it was very filled with all the fillings -- cilantro, jalapeños, carrots, pickled radish, etc. the bread didn't get soggy even a few hours later. One serving was a good portion and kept me full. Because this was a catered item, I cannot report on the restaurant location, parking, service, or such.

Visiting from California and ordered delivery of the beef pho with rare steak and meat balls. Seriously SO GOOD. Definitely very impressed and the broth had lots of flavor but didn't taste overly sugary/sweet or like it had a lot of MSG. Was just perfect and so delicious ! Ended up eating it so fast. I wish they gave more noodles in the to-go order. Usually I have leftovers but this was one of the few times I finished the whole bowl, maybe because it was sooo tasty or it was bit small. The Thai basil and the bean sprouts were very fresh and clean. Definitely eating here again next time I am in Seattle. I'm a Vietnamese American and have plenty of pho at various restaurants in my life and was very pleased with the pho.

Server was really nice! The food was sooo yummy. We got a Thai tea, Bahn mi, and pho broth on the side and everything was greatly portioned and super tasty and fresh! I'd definitely recommend this place & will be coming here again :)Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5

This place is like moonlight! It was pretty good too. Food came out quickly, service was fine, restaurant is clean and open. We ordered the vegan Mongolian beef, vegan tuna fish and tofu phad tai. Everything was flavorful and delicious. Moonlight stopped serving the vegan tuna dish, so it was exciting to be able to get it here (and it tasted just as good). Only thing is it's a little pricey, mainly the phad tai, everything else made sense price wise.

Great food and a nice spot to check out if you're in the U-district area! It's a casual little spot with tables inside. Service is friendly and it was nice because they did split checks for us. They have a vegetarian menu which is separate from their regular menu and my friend with some dietary restrictions really appreciated this! Lots of options for vegans as well. I got their combo noodle bowl which included pork skewers and an egg roll over noodles and salad. Very refreshing and well balanced. The meat was tender and very flavorful. The sauce could have been a little more tangy but still pretty solid.

Very good place and uniqueYou order your food after u get in and good is brought out to you made fresh....everything we ordered was plentiful and yummy and tasty. We have enough for dinner after eating dining in at the restaurant Highly recommend and the authentic Taiwanese entrees are delish

Best Vietnamese in the area, plus lots of veggie options. I recommend the egg rolls and coffee
