Nice spot for a quick gut bomb.Prices a little high, food a little small portion wise.Loooooong wait for a table for 1 when for 10-15 minutes there were tables sitting empty that just hadn't been bussed yet.Food was good, a little underdone, service was good. Just lack of staff really affected it.Oh, and the bathroom was in horrid condition

Sweet young Colin was delightful when we stopped in for an early dinner. The heat in the restaurant was on the fritz or rather not cooperating and we were freezing our tails off along with all of the staff lol. Nevertheless, Colin kept it light and funny, while providing great service. I ordered the reuben and my wife ordered the chicken strips with mashed potatoes. We like this restaurant because they are rather consistent in the quality of their food and how it's made, plus their biscuits are great.

Yes, Tim's has greasy spoon options, and they're yummy and fattening. AND they have some healthier, lighter, non belly-busting meals as well. The California Omelet was perfectly prepared, the potatoes were crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside. The toast was good. too. Everything was at the perfect temperature. Servers are attentive and skilled. I've lived near the Orting location for a while, and I've eaten there many times. But this was my 1st time at the Puyallup location. Great diner option on Meridian!

Honestly so good. We've been trying new places in the PNW and this has to be on our top 10 list. We had a waitress named carrie , love he she was great . Fast Efficient and kept that coffee coming . She gave great recommendations and took great care of us . Food was great, ambiance was great. Food : 8/10 Ambiance : 10/10Service: 100/10

I love their food. However; I ordered the meat lovers stacker.... There was no bacon...I'm sorry, but the whole reason I ordered this dish was for the bacon bits and eggs over easy.My eggs were too hard to dip my bread in.The bread was delicious and homemade.But the no bacon bits and I ordered over easy; not over hard eggs.When I tried to review this in Grubhub, I simply was directed to how to you like Grubhub. Classic small dinner. Where the orange juice taste like Minute Maid but they say it's freshly squeezed. The service was great. Attentive, coffee was serviced faster than that train did its rounds. And let me tell you that train did hella rounds. The chicken fried chicken as they have it on the menu, was good. The breading was on point. The chicken was juicy, the gravy needed some loving tho. Slightly tasted like powder gravy. Most definitely will try something different if I do come back. Maybe the chicken fried pork

We were at this location 6/28/24. We have been to the Orting location and found it a great spot. Good food and service. We had passed this location many times and we just didn't stop. We did yesterday evening for dinner. BIG, BIG, BIG, MISTAKE. Did I mention BIG MISTAKE? We arrived 5:45/6pm, it was not overly crowded and were seated immediately. We were greeted by a lady who immediately announced her name and then quickly announced "I AM IN TRAINING!". Kinda odd as though she were already prepping us for poor service. We gave our drink order and another server came over and the 1st server said in a loud voice "THIS IS MY TRAINER". They left and we waited and waited and waited. Did I mention we waited, for their return. Once the "In Training" server came back we ordered. I get she was "In Training" but to ask the guest to see the menu so she could write the order was a bit awkward and odd in my opinion. She finished and then took the other tables order. Now comes the next "Not so fun parts". It took almost what was a good 30-40min to get our food. And the table who placed their order after us got theirs first. Then we were missing a biscuit. That came 5min later. That hockey puck was burnt and hard. My Club sandwich was dry and watered down. Yes it can't be both. But it can if the toast was over done and the lettuce was dripping in water. Funny at this point no follow up visit no sir's and madam's not one return. Finally the server returned and we showed the biscuit. They took it back and another 5min passed before we got the replacement. This was a horrible experience and we will not be back sorry. We will go to Orting.

This was my 2nd visit since they opened under a new name. 1st visit- Went by myself for breakfast and sat in the bar. Order 1/2 classic Benedict and asked for the hash browns to be crispy. Service was slim to none. Male bartender had another couple at the bar and two tables. You could tell the couple at the bar were regulars.... I was handed a menu and asked what I wanted to drink.. not a how's your morning or any type of greeting. My food arrived and the Benedict itself was some of the best I've ever had. But the hash browns were a pile of mush... he never once came and asked me how my meal was. I placed my napkin on the plate not touching the hash browns. He asked me if I wanted another drink, I said no and he brought me my check. Never once asked how my meal was or if I needed anything else during my meal. 2nd visit: Today with my son... the server was super sweet however she seemed extremely overwhelmed. It was busy and seemed very short staffed and that's not on her but it showed in her service. she came to our table 3 times.. once to take out order, once to drop it off and once to pick up my card that I laid out. We were never offered refills which were empty during our meal. I ordered the same thing as before and again this place doesn't seem to know how to do crispy hash browns and again I didn't touch them... 14.99 for half an English muffin with a pouched egg, hollandaise sauce, and ham... again the best hollandaise sauce ever... but half a portion with no hash browns I wouldn't eat was not worth what I was charged. I asked about 1 pancake since my son won't eat the bacon or eggs and was still charged the full kids meal price. Not once did she ask how our meal was. Again, she seemed very overwhelmed in a very busy place but still... we got our food before the table next to use who was there before us and I overheard them saying they were about to pay for their coffee and leave because it was taking so long. Ours took about 20 min so theirs had to have been 30/35...I think there is potential but as of this moment I don't plan on returning anytime in the near future.

Had open sign on, but sign on door said closed sorry for inconvenience, people inside and others went in. Will never go back If they do not want customers should probably shut off the red neon open sign.
