This place was AMAZING! The feel in the bar/restaurant was so open and welcoming that you would feel like you have been coming there for years. Our server was beyond wonderful. I don't remember his name but he was a teacher. Super amazing human being. We had two simple dishes and they were just magical. Comfort food has never been so delicious. For sure going back and hope to encounter the same server.

Date night. Different atmosphere. GOOD food. Super fun service. Decided to stop by and have some good'ol Irish food. Well, didn't know they have live music on Fridays, it was excellent! Great place to go and enjoy the time there! Highly recommend and I look forward to trying something different next time.

March's International Supper Club UYE picked Tim Finnegan's Irish Restaurant and Pub as the place to go to just a few days before St Patrick's Day.After checking out the menu I went for a small order of fish and chips, it was what I was craving. I also ordered a side sauce of curry for the chips. I had read about the curry fries and knew It was something I had to try.The fish was flaky and fried perfectly, however it was lacking in flavor, but add the tartar sauce to it and its was good! But the curry sauce with the fries was the hit, so dang good! Tim Finnegan's Irish Restaurant and Pub is a fun place, staff and service is friendly and great. Glad to have giving them a try and look forward to coming back!

Dined-4.24.24:First time here & recommended by a friend. She was not wrong! Our server was so welcoming and checked in us regularly w/o being overbearing. As a starter we went with the Corned Beef & Cabbage taquitos and they were delicious! As my main, I had the Blackened Chicken Sandwich w/ Caesar Salad for my side. The food was delicious, customer service was on point and they had a very clean and tidy bathroom which sealed the night for me. I look forward to returning!

Amazing food with a great variety of liquor. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. It also truly feels like an authentic Irish Pub, just like what I've seen on the Emerald Isle.

In my college days, finding a place to drink some green beer was my thing on St. Patty's Day. But as I got older, I grew to appreciate a good Guinness or Murphy's Irish Stout paired with some Irish cuisine. Irish pubs are some of my favorite places to hang out. I don't get to Glendale often living in the East Valley. But a group of friends chose Tim Finnegan's as our pre St. Patrick's Day celebration location. This place has everything one would find in an authentic Irish pub. Irish themed decor and music with a full menu of Irish favorites and brews on draft. But what I enjoyed most about being here at Tim Finnegan's was its fun crowd celebrating and having a good time. The menu incudes all of the Irish cuisine classics mixed in with some American entrées. Lamb Shepherd's Pie, Corned Beef and Cabbage, Bangers & Mash and Irish Potatoes Skins are all here. I was with a large group and I was impressed with not only how great our service was, but how fast the food came out. I got here during happy hour and started off with some discounted appetizers before eating my Reuben Sandwich. I don't drink as much as I use to, but having a pint of Guinness with some good Irish food always hits the spot. I got a kick out of the beer foam art on my Guinness. My only regret of the night was not having enough room for some Bailey's Bread Pudding for dessert. Tim Finnegan's Irish Restaurant And Pub is named after a character in a ballad called "Finnegan's Wake". Tim Finnegan had a love for liquor and was brought back to life when some whiskey was accidentally spilled on his corpse. What a great find! Sláinte!

For March's UYE International Supper Club, our fearless leaders Ursula and Monica chose this place for us to meet up. Being that it is March, an Irish place makes sense!Totally legit Irish pub and reminds me so much of home (East Coast). How many times have I during my days in NYC and Boston did I stumble in and out of Irish pubs with Irish ancestry friends in tow? Getting here was a pain if coming from SW Phoenix and took almost an hour during our ridiculous rush hour, but can say it was worth it for good beer, food and company. We arrived at 6:30pm and we had another 30 min of happy hour! Sweet! I had a $5 Smithwick Red Ale (love this beer and the great price!) and passed on appetizers, but lots to choose from and friends got curry fries, loaded potato skins, stuffed cabbage roll carnitas (interesting concept), Bavarian pretzel. I even spied mussels for $10, but I was like, huh? It's a Irish place or...?I like Shepherd's pie, but when I saw that Shepherd's pasty was also available, I ordered that. It was delicious and plenty left over for lunch tomorrow. Others got the Reuben sandwich, fish and chips, cod, etc. No one complained about their food, and everyone seemed happy with the experience.Great supper club meet up, and I got to try a place that reminded me of home. I'd love to return when there is live music, karaoke or just a rowdy debauchery happening!

I joined a group of Yelp friends to try this restaurant for our March gathering. Our server was very efficient and friendly and the atmosphere is typical of Irish pubs- casual, crowded, a bit noisy, all good. Since it was nearly Saint Patrick's day, I ordered the corned beef and cabbage. It was a bit on the bland side, and for future visits I would order something else like the fish and chips. Other than that, the dining experience was overall rather pleasant.

I can't say enough good things about Tim Finnegan's. The food, the service and the entertainment was amazing. This was our first time in and we'll be back. I see us becoming regulars. My hubs had the fish n chips. I had cod sliders. The fish is flaky and perfect fried. We also had a few beers. My first was a Guinness which is always good! Hubs had Voodoo Doo Ranger. We were offered a taste of Kilkenny after asking for Boddingtons. Kilkenny is now my new favorite. Casey was our server and he was friendly and very attentive. Same for the bartenders. The ambiance was also great. They had an acoustic singer who nailed all the songs and had a great sense of humor.. We'll be back with friend in tow!!

All of the food was super good. I had the traditional Irish breakfast, my girl had the taquitos linguine mussels, my parents both got the fish and chips. We all shared everything and everything was bomb!! Accidentally we were brought out the pretzel and they hooked it up on the house. All the food was super good. I didn't share my Irish breakfast lol The atmosphere is super awesome. The employees were very nice and welcoming, our waiter, Austin was super chill. He made us feel like we were regulars and y'all know that's the best feeling. Highly recommend, I'd give it a 4.5 if I could.
