Best birria in Arizona! We have been to many places here in Arizona because my father is from Guadalajara, but this one tops the list! Also make sure to try the Skwinkleada it is SOO GOOD better than the mangoneada.

Bad all around!!! Meat was super salty they got my order wrong and the guy behind the counter has zero customer service skills especially for being a new business! Walked in a nice girl took my order. They don't know what is in their guacamole. I asked if it had onions and they had to ask and said yes. So I opted out as my husband doesn't like onions. I ordered a burrito according to their menu it comes with meat beans rice sour cream guacamole and pico del gallo. I asked for no pico de gallo. I ordered carne asada fries. I paid and went from the counter to a seat and saw that the fries may have pico de gallo. I asked the guy behind the counter if it did. He asked and he said yes. I told him if they could please not put any. He turns around and says oh you can just take it off. The nice girl who took my order said oh you don't want any I said no thank you. Who even says you can take it off!?! What is wrong with you? I could understand if the order was already done but it was literally 15 seconds since I had ordered! So my order is ready. She offers salsa and gives me one small container. I ordered two items can I a least have 2 sheesh! At least she was nice about it and did get me another one. She offered the guacamole and no their guacamole does not have onion. ‍I get home and open my husband's burrito no rice no beans no sour cream! Ugh! The fries were a tiny portion and nothing else but SALTY meat and cheese was on these fries. When the picture shows beans and rice. What a mess! Never again!

Super clean, open, and updated. Delicious ice cream and great food options! We will definitely be back! My kid's new favorite strawberry ice cream!!!

Birria taco was quite good, although slightly dry to my taste. Coctel de elote was delicious. The food in general looks authentic mexican so definitely coming back to taste some more options.

When I saw them open up, I was so excited to support a New Mexican restaurant in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met and I wish to share this feedback in order to help them thrive as a mom and pop shop. To start off, we paid $60 for 3 drinks, a small bowl of birria, a burrito, and Tostielotes. The pricing is insane and not something affordable, especially for the quality. Let's just say, we left hungry after our meal here. Food Review: The birria itself was $16 for a small plastic bowl and 3 tortillas. At other restaurants, you'd get 3 times as much. We were confused when we received it because it was so tiny. The carne asada burrito we couldn't even finish. Not sure it is was the meat itself or the beans but they tasted so much of lard/pig fat. That is the only thing we could taste. The tostielote was so expensive as well and we were skimped out. Typically, in other Mexican restaurants, you get the whole bag of chips with the elote added on top. Here, they only added a very small layer of chips on the bottom and then added the elote on top. It was very good but not worth the money. Customer service was great. They were all very nice and kind... got us everything we needed. They did have inappropriate music videos playing on a large tv screen and I did not find this family friendly. Kids are there and couldn't even look at the tv screen half the time.

The food is amazing! I have been looking for a Mexican restaurant where I can go to my family to eat tacos and frankly many disappoint. Tierra Mia did not disappoint me and my family; the birria is delicious and the atmosphere is calming and friendly. The Cashiers were really friendly and answered questions we had with a good attitude. The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend!!

Food was very good, tacos are stuffed with meat. Horchata is great and the place is very neat to eat at. would highly recommend
