We've ordered cookies for two events now and can't recommend them enough! Super easy to work with and the cookies are gorgeous and delicious!

Thumbprints created custom sugar cookie decorating kits for our corporate team building event. Great service, reliable delivery (extra $20 charge-totally worth it) and delicious cookies.We selected our cookies shapes and frosting colors, and Thumbprints delivered an attractive box of cookies, a dazzling assortment of sprinkles, and everything needed to make our own cookie creations (frosting bags, frosting, spreading knives). Would recommend their cookie kits for any party or event!

I had such a great experience working with this bakery. I was attempting to throw a last minute graduation party for a colleague and needed some kind of baked good. Most places I found required 2 weeks advanced notice (understandable, but inconvenient), had order minimums (again understandable, but inconvenient), or just had outrageous pricing. I contacted Thumbprint within 3 days of my event and asked for 15 graduation-themed cookies. Response was fast and communication was excellent throughout. She confirmed which shapes I wanted and even asked what the school colors were so she could customize them. The value for the price is really outstanding for a Seattle baker. They were cleanly decorated and yummy too. It's located in Federal Way but they offer a reasonable delivery fee if you don't live on the south side. The grad was surprised, and everyone wanted to know who made the "super adorable" and "delicious" cookies! As soon as we picked up the order I started thinking of when I can place another order... I'm going to have to start hosting parties! And I'll try to plan further in advance next time.

Katie was wonderful to work with! My sisters graduation cookies came out even better then I expected!! Sometimes these types of cookies are just for show and don't taste good, but these were absolutely delicious! The cookies looked clean and well made and were perfectly well packed. I would definitely order from Katie again.

Katie created beautiful cookies for a bridal shower. We used her gorgeous larger sized cookies as party favors (bridal gown and ring). For dessert she created smaller cookies with a variety of embellishments. The cookies were a big hit and I would highly recommend Thumbprints Baking.

Great experience ordering custom cookies for my sister's baby shower this past weekend!! Everyone at our event enjoyed looking and eating them! We ordered 2 dozen custom cookies for a holiday themed baby shower which included rattles, baby onesies, stars, bottles and mittens - so cute!Ordering is very simple, just sent a few pictures of ideas via email to Kate - she was so helpful! Picked up the 2 dozen cookies on Saturday at Embassy Suites which was convenient, you can also have them delivered for $20 extra if needed

I rarely give 5 star reviews because I always feel like there's room for improvement. But this company was top notch and made everything so easy. Not only were the cookies super tasty, perfectly decorated and texture, but the price was really reasonable, they did it with 9 days notice, and the delivery made everything really easy. I can tell that the decorator has really good design sense and takes a lot of pride in her work. The husband who delivered the cookies was super nice. I would totally order again from them and refer my friends!

I needed to find a bakery that would fulfill a rather odd cookie design request for a virtual team morale event. I was prepared to get questions when I uploaded my mockup image in the consultation email, but Katie didn't even blink! Her first reply was "We'd love to help you with this order." Thumbprints made communication, payment, and delivery so easy. And I'm over the moon of how the cookies came out! They are works of art. The craftswomanship of the frosting is so sharp and clean. Attention to detail in presentation of individually wrapped cookie bows (you can pick any color!) and the lovely box they arrive in is a wonderful touch. I seriously can't wait to have another reason to order from Thumbprints.

SO happy with how the cookies turned out! We ordered them as a sweet treat for employees during our move day and they were a huge hit. Delicious, professional and our logo was spot on. We look forward to ordering more in the future!
