Thirsty Crab Brewery

I finally tried the "build a hot dog/brat" cart at the Thirsty Crab Brewery in Clinton, had been wanting to go for ages. I apologize in advance for not having a word to say about the brewery end of things, since I don't drink. But the Brat Cart was everything I hoped for and more. They have multiple kinds of brat/dogs (I went with the Seattle, with cream cheese and fried onions), plus you can build your own from scratch, giving your ingredients to the very attentive and lovely people in charge of the cart. They'll give you a pager and it'll buzz when your order is ready. There are several kinds of mustards and ketchup that you can put on or take in a cup to your table. It takes a good 20 minutes or so to get your order because things are cooked right when you order them. Like the French Fries! They are fabulous, had a tad too much salt for me but I still gobbled them up with the hot dog--which was delicious, and the coooked onions very generous. The spaces for sitting are inside or outside, the outside space had a great band playing (Erik Christensen's band from Oak Harbor) and it was nicely warmed by big space heaters.

Everything is wonderful! Beers are delicious, staff and customer service are phenomenal, food truck is yummy, weekly events are great for the community!! Great indoor area and fun outdoor space as well! Winner winner!!

Great beer, ciders, brats, and the staff is so friendly. I love the outside seating year around, and now inside seating for those cold rainy days! We take all our company to visit this new brewery

Build-a-Brat is fantastic. They offer brat and hot dog choices plus you can add or modify any order to meet you needs. Great crew and fast service.

This is my favorite new place in the NW! Amazing beer selection and good options for non beer drinkers. The brats were so good. We tried the banh mi, Greek, and standard brats. All the food was fabulous, the junior dogs for the kids were gobbled down, and the beer cheese sauce was delicious. The staff were friendly and there was a great space for the kids to run around. A great spot to visit if you're on the island or want to walk on the ferry!

Great place to go in Clinton! Love it there! Enjoyed the live music and the food truck that's there.
