Thirsty Camel at The Phoenician

Thirsty Camel is one of the best places to mellow out. There's live music pretty much every night. The ambiance is very uplifting. The staff are all wonderful and experts in their crafts. Garage and valet parking available. Accessible.

No reservation needed, seating inside and outside, does not validate parking like the other restaurants at the Phoenician. Valet is right next to it and takes tips. The cocktails are flavorful and strong. Queso Fundido was great. Strawberry Yuzu Cake fell short, cake was gritty and stale yet mousse was smooth.

Great ambiance! Great drinks! Great service! Definitely suggest if staying at the Phoenician or visiting the area!

Seating is weirdly uncomfortable unless you get lucky to find pillows behind your back. Glass block overhead needs a good washing as well. Servers were very good, drinks are a good value for a resort. They don't open until 2 for drinks on a Saturday which was odd with many people looking for cocktails on vacation. Food service starts at 4. We asked for drinks that require a blender and were told they don't have blenders right now so we had to choose another drink. Firepits are nice at night at they do have heaters as well. Overall, it was okay but not a must do place to visit.

Amazing views, incredible drinks at a stunning resort... a great spot for sunset and patio vibes. Service was spectacular. We will be back!

A Bar is just a Bar, not here folks. Views are amazing, The drinks are generously poured. The seating is comfortable. The staff sets the bar of excellence one notch above excellent, why you may ask. My wife asked the waitress for recommendations for sights and dining in the area. The waitress replied with a couple options that were nice, what makes her exceptional is that she returned with a Map and list of places for us to visit. Who does that? That is what Is what I consider top tier service, when someone goes out of their way to provide information that does not directly effect them. To go above and beyond with nothing to gain. I wont provide her name because everyone at this spot is geared to provide an exceptional experience.

Destiny Brown is the subject of this review. She a must be the rudest manager on earth. She literally has no people skills and I don't know how she possibly became a manager. Read more for the whole story..Due to extenuating circumstances, we ordered outside food but drinks from her restaurant. This is against restaurant policy but we discussed the situation at length with Andrew, the general manager. He understood and green lighted it. She then spoke in the most condescending manner in front of my kids. I honestly don't even talk to my 1st grader like that. I even told her I was recording her and she still couldn't control her attitude.I asked her to get the other manager Andrew since he was already aware of our situation. She refused to and carried on berating me like I'm a child, vs a customer paying thousands of dollars to stay at this resort. Thank god andrew showed up and dismissed her from the situation.1st night at the resort was a total buzz-kill. Literally going to bed before 10 pm bc of how uncomfortable it's been. For what it's worth the drinks were good.

Our group ordered cocktails and mocktails, all of which were tasty but very expensive, which is expected at a 5-star resort. The guacamole appetizer was very lackluster for the price. The presentation was beautiful but the food itself was bland and under seasoned. It also was brown and appeared to be sitting out for quite sometime. For $18+ I expect my guacamole to be made fresh.

The most beautiful lounge inside and outside!! Bring your own of town guests for a five star experience on the patio with fire pits or on Saturday for afternoon tea. Book a cabana and make a day out of it!

Very tired out door patio. Old furniture that's uncomfortable, icky pillows, over priced drinks!! Not very good snacks Wait staff was pleasant though!Views just ok!!
