Theo's Gyros

Checked this food truck out while they were at the SLU Saturday Market. Tried their chicken souvlaki wrap and really liked the chicken and the fact that there were fries in it. It was really hard to put red sauce in though since they wrapped it like a burrito. It also could have been more evenly filled but all in all still delicious!

Theo's has been on my list for a while to check out, because of all the excellent reviews and also because hubs especially loves a good gyro.Hubs ordered a lamb & chicken gyro and I opted for the falafel gyro. The falafel was pretty good, crispy on the outside & soft in the middle - the way its supposed to be. And I love that Theo's includes fries with their gyro's. Unfortunately, however, the falafel was a bit too salty for me. Next time I'll try the lamb...

For the location of the day, check their social media account @theosgyroseats.-----Roasted Pork Belly Gyro: tomato, onion, tzatziki sauce wrapped in warmed pita, pepperoncini and Greek pico ($13.75).I loved that the pork belly were in large chunks instead of thin slices, and were absolutely juicy and tender. Everything was well-seasoned and the amount of sauce was just perfect. The gyro combo includes a side of fries, small Greek salad, or soup bringing up the cost to $15 or so. I found that the gyro already had a few strips of crispy fries inside. The pita bread was fresh and chewy.-----The staff running the food truck were friendly and swiftly worked on orders.

Great food and super friendly staff! Their pork belly gyro was delicious, the chunks of pork belly were thick yet not dry at all and very well cooked. Also their pita bread was the best I've had (sounds trivial but when what is wrapping your food is not good... it ruins the whole meal. It's like getting a good burger but with horrible buns)Ask got their lamb gyro bowl and I really enjoyed the combo of French fries and basmati rice! Will definitely be back for another visit!

Hands down the best GYROS in town! Catch them around town at various markets! They offer traditional Greek gyros as well as chicken, falafel, roasted lamb, and pork belly. The service is excellent and will quickly become one of your favorites once you try them for your Greek food FIX!

Theo's Gyros has amazing food & service! Don't pass by this truck. The staff is friendly & their food is fresh & authentic.

Had the breakfast gyro and it was amazing. Everything was so flavorful and the flavors complimented each other beautifully. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they care about the food they are making. Bravo.

Had the breakfast gyro - Perfectly cooked chicken souvlaki - tender and moist, fresh veggies, and the dill was obviously fresh. Fries were the platonic ideal - crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Run, don't walk, this truck is amazing!

Roasted Lamb Gyro: There was plenty of meat and veggies inside! I also enjoyed the taste and texture of the pita. Some bites were extremely salty, though. Theo's Gyros were one of a few food trucks at the Bellevue NYE Night Market. There was a long line to place an order. Afterwards, it was an even longer wait for your food (around 15 minutes).

Had this last week for lunch. It's been awhile since I had a gyro so I was sooo surprised at how big this thing was. Food truck was right outside the medical dental building so that was convenient. Literally just ran across the street and voila haha. Anyways it was delicious. I want it now. Service was fast and quick!
