Reservations are a must. We still waited to be seated but I can't imagine not having a reservation. Reservations open 30 days before you want to book. So, if you wanted to eat here on 9/12, you couldn't reserve a table until 8/12. I will say it is 100% worth it. The views are spectacular. Had it not been in early June, we would have sat outside & honestly, I will be back so when it's cooler, I will definitely sit outside. Also, they do validate parking! Take advantage of that. Inside can get loud because the space isn't huge but it is bustling for sure. Wait staff is super nice, knowledgeable, & attentive. The food was AH-MAZING. We got the flaming sagankai because what is a Mediterranean dining experience without saganaki. I ordered the steak which was so tender & delicious. I could have eaten 2 steaks. The bacon wrapped dates were so good even my friend who doesn't like dates loved this dish. This is absolutely a repeat dish! One friend ordered the branzino which she never had before. Delicious & flavorful white fish. Another friend ordered the chicken skewer and really enjoyed it too. This was such a lovely restaurant. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back

Thea was awesome - from the ambiance, to the food and drinks, and of course the views, we were very happy with our choice for dinner. The menu is pretty pricey but if you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion, Thea will not disappoint! Although everything was very tasty, don't miss out on those Moroccan carrots! Such a unique and flavorful dish!

I've been wanting to try this place since it opened but have never been more disappointed in a restaurant as I was today (8/4/24).I made reservation for a party of 4. We checked in 10 minutes early and the hostess stayed in would be just a bit to be seated (more than half the tables were empty). After a couple of minutes we just went to the bar. We were eventually seated and ordered 3 appetizers. Although each appetizer came out one at a time, they were within a minute of each other. These were delicious. We each ordered a main dish and after about 10-15 minutes, plate #1 came out. After about 5-8 minutes, plate #2 and #3 except #2 was incorrect (later our server acknowledged that he had entered the wrong one). Plate #4 came out about 6-8 minutes later. The correct plate #2 finally came out very much later. In the meantime, plate #4 had to be returned because it was very salty. After about 10 minutes, plates 1, 2, and 3 were finished when our server asked if we would like to dessert. I replied that I would like my friend to have dish (plate 4) before dessert. Five minutes later, that plate finally came out. FYI, I wish I could say that the times I've provided were exaggerated. The restaurant was not very crowded during our time there so I don't understand why each main course came out one at a time with such a lengthy interval between them It's too bad that we had a bad experience because I really had looked forward to enjoying this restaurant.

I visited this spot one night on my trip to Arizona. I ended up coming back a second night during my trip. We initially wanted to dine at the restaurant nearby however we did not make reservations and the wait was too long so we sat at this bar and had a surprisingly very nice time. The ambience is dim but full of bright energy and people having a good time.We ordered a couple plates while at the bar, including crispy rice and spicy tuna, feta dip, and some potato wedges . The crispy rice was a hit and would definitely order again. The feta dip was just OK and the potato wedges were crisp and filling. We also ordered a Margarita and espresso martini, and those were both solid, but not the best espresso martini I've ever had. The bartender was very kind.Seating is pretty limited at the bar as well so if you do come, plan to arrive early and expect to wait around for a few little . I would definitely come back again as the vibes were really nice.

First time at Théa did not disappoint! I love the smaller more intimate boutique hotel vibe. Armies of servers and attendants means you aren't waiting without service. We went on a Sunday at 5:45 had a reservation and was pleasantly surprised that the hotel and restaurant were hopping. I was worried that given the heat and time of year that it might be empty but that wasn't the case. Pumping music, lots of super cars parked at the entrance and a full restaurant greeted us. We ordered bottled still water and the Wake Up Call drink and a coke. Our server was very friendly as per usual when you dine out at a nicer restaurant here but his constant service and checking back in with us was really nice. We ordered the Zucchini Chips and Whipped Ricotta appetizers. Both were very good! I literally couldn't stop eating the Whipped Ricotta dip on my Zucchini chips, hands down one of the best dips I have ever tasted, honey and a sprinkling of black pepper and Mediterranean spices made for one of the best and most complex flavors!! Then we ordered a feta cheese less Greek Salad for me and the Open Face Greek Wraps for him, both were good. So many restaurant's desserts aren't anything to save room for but Théa's deserts are so worth it. The baklava and Lemon oil cake weee both so good! The view, the food and the service will keep me coming back. Also it's just to nice to go to a restaurant with the staff in nice uniforms and the patrons that make an effort to actually dress up and wear nice outfits!!

Not shown in photos was the olive oil lemon cake dessert. The cake was one of my favorite parts of the meal because it was so airy and had a berry compote in the center. If you enjoy lemon bars, that is the dessert for you. Service was quick to refill waters and take finished plates out of the way without too much interruption. Waiter provided delicious recs such as the lamb chops and the skewers. The views, different lounge indoor/outdoor seating was really comfortable. The interior felt akin to an east coast rooftop bar/lounge which I enjoyed. It wasn't too loud and the lights were low and moody. Overall I had a great experience with my friends here sharing a few plates and a drink.

Enjoyed brunch here on a Saturday and was able to make a last minute reservation a couple hours before. We got in no problem for a party of 2. We sat in the bar area which had AMAZING views of camelback mountain. Anywhere you sit the restaurant you have a great view and is such a good place for photos. We started with an espresso martini, the Greek prince cocktail and artichoke dip. Both cocktails were very flavorful and the espresso was very strong but had good taste. The appetizer came with warm pita it was incredible. For entrees we had the lamb gyro and the Parma flatbread. Both of these were amazing dishes and will definitely make it back for the other lamb options. Overall a great place with beautiful views, vibey ambiance and delicious food/drinks. This would make a perfect date night or even girls brunch.

This place is literally an aesthetic and such a vibe! I was visiting Scottsdale so you know I had to try out another rooftop bar. My friend heard about this place so we made reservations a day or two before and super glad we did! It's inside a hotel located on the fourth floor. We were seated outside and the view was literally so gorgeous! Drinks were good and our waiter was so nice and kind! We tried the hummus, I can't remember which one but I know they were all raved about. I tried the bacon flatbread with melted cheese and it was so good! My friend got a house salad and it was fine. Outside there's a bar you can walk to and hang out with friends if you want alongside with some tables you can reserve. I really recommend trying this place out!

Thea is the Global Ambassador's signature rooftop restaurant serving incredible Mediterranean cuisine. It was also the name of the Greek goddess of light.Thea's small-plate menu delivers pasta dishes, coastal seafood, flatbreads and protein skewers. When you get off the elevator, the 18,000 square-foot restaurant is hard to comprehend. There is indoor and outdoor dining space, multiple bars and lots of comfy seating to just chill. For a Wednesday evening, this place was rocking.I'm so glad we requested an outdoor table as the weather was perfect and the views were awesome. We were seated at a long table with high-top chairs.I tried to book an online dinner reservation for five at 7:45pm in early May without success. So, I sent an email to the hotel and the very next day I received a call confirming my table. Keep that strategy in mind.We ordered multiple starters and entrees:- Baked Feta - Warm, creamy and luscious, loved the honey- Manti Dumplings - Turkish dumplings, dough stuffed with spiced beef- Chicken Souvlaki Skewer - Mouth-watering flavor and incredibly tender- Turkish Meatballs - Bet you can't eat just one- Open Faced Lamb Pita - Heirloom tomato's and tzatziki, a classic- Salmon a la Plancha - Loved the searing and smoked flavor, incredibleThis lineup provided ample food for five of us. Authentic taste, beautiful presentation and great pacing. We'd order everything again, but thought the Feta, Dumplings, Meatballs and Salmon were true standouts.Everything about our meal was superb.

I'm from LA and I specifically come to this bar for Alli. She is probably the best bartender I've ever met.
