What an amazing place the service is amazing and they are so authentic and welcoming. I took my elder mom w the rest of my family on mothers day and they blessed us w free baklava for Mother's Day day. What an amazing place w amazing people. Also reasonable prices!

I'm so so so so so sad. It's no longer what it used to be. I used to go once a week to get a cheeseburger, Italian beef, cheese fries and veggie gyro (made as a plate) but stopped going as often when the ownership changed. Almost immediately I noticed the portion sizes slightly got smaller and the taste, while similar, was very slightly different. I went back the other day for the first time in a year and I was so sad because it was so different than what it used to be. The tzatziki sauce which was once creamy and flavorful was slightly gritty/grainy and had a muted yet sour taste, the pita which once was fluffy and delicious had a more whole grain bitter taste. The service is mostly the same with the not friendly but not-not friendly demeanor. I will say the inside of the restaurant has been revamped and is cleaner than it used to be. I would trade it all to go back to the way it used to be though. I haven't been back in a while so I'll need to go back and see if maybe they were just going through a rough patch.

This was truly one of the best Gyro sandwich I had in quite awhile! The meat was juicy ! The pita was just right for my taste not too crisp or soft! The sauce was just enough with out any side affects! It was cute inside ! Cleanly . Many choices on the menu! Room to try something else.... Went there after some Christmas shopping. We go again sometime and peruse the menu for more choices . You can order sit and eat or take out! Price range was what I expected from other menus that range in similarities ! Thumbs up!

Unlike my ex I have never had a issue about coming back whenever I please. I love this place, the food and the people make this place so special. I genuinely have never had a single bad experience. I am a huge fan of the Italian beef. It's nice and moist and better then anything in Glenview. This place is great if your recently divorced or if your just hungry on a cold Wednesday afternoon in December.

No daily specials here or coupons! This was a great place when the original owners were alive now as you can see the prices are way up and the portions are way down the food doesn't taste anywhere near the same so when done with it! And remember a lot of people will use five stars with friends and families to boost up their rating but check out the prices and the portions for yourself if you dare!

It pains me to have to give a meh review to a local independent eatery... but the cleanliness is only so so and the burger is really below average compared to Chicagoland. The burger patty is pre cooked and reheated for plating. The patty itself is nearly flavorless. The toppings are relatively fresh, but not high quality enough to elevate the quality of the burger by compensating for the patty. I would probably give this place another try to test out other menu items, but I'm not holding my breath.

I would have given this place 5 star for good food and friendly atmosphere but they forgot my order and had to wait 45-50 minutes ( probably honest mistake). It's a good thing they gave a free Baklava to compensate for that incident. Food is great though and might come back to try other food , hopefully they don't forget my order next time.

I think this is my new spot now! I am really in love with their Greek Chicken Salad. It is so fresh and delicious and the Greek dressing is amazing AF! I think they won me over just from the dressing lol. I also really LOVE their soups! I just had the chicken lemon rice today and it was off the Richter Scale out of this world!!! I love Avgolemeno but this place makes it on another level!
