The Vic Bar + Kitchen

First time here a couple days ago, and it won't be our last time there!The food was delicious - I got the blackened mahi tacos, my boyfriend got the pulled pork sandwich and we both stuffed our face in silence as we enjoyed the food haha.Our server was super friendly and gave us some recommendations on food options.I really liked how you can see the kitchen, the mountains outside as well. It was definitely an experience!

Happy hour from 3-5 here was great! We were lucky to make it in time, and got nearly every food item off the happy hour menu. To start, I got the prickly pear Paloma with vodka instead of tequila (personal preference) which was amazing! We got the wings dry rubbed with cowboy seasoning, garlic bread, potato skins, and sliders. My absolute favorite were the wings!! I've been thinking about them ever since, LOL. The sliders were really good too, but the garlic bread wasn't too special. I personally wasn't a big fan of the potato skins, but the bacon on them was good and really Smokey. I also got an espresso martini which wasn't bad, but not my favorite. The ambiance and service here is great. We were able to sit on the patio and watch the sunset over the golf course and mountains. They also had heaters outside for when it gets cold. They have a good looking dessert menu but unfortunately I didn't try any this time. Looking forward to trying more from here!

The brunch here was so good! I come on the weekends with my husband and have loved the food each time I visited. The service is always good and food is high quality. I will say though, the times we visited some of the dishes we chose were sold out or they couldn't make it. I ended up ordering something else and it was still tasty but I would have loved to be able to try my first pick!

Our group of 5 stopped by for lunch and the terrific view. Inside and outside are comfortable and attractive. We had great service from Emiliano who gave us, in paper size, the biggest menus I've seen!Half the table ordered the delicious fish and chips including my wife. I thought I was ordering something small with the ceviche and Caprese flat bread. The ceviche was in a large bowl filled with shrimp and scallops which was delicious. It could have been my lunch. The flat bread didn't skimp and was also delicious. Just a delightful place for lunch!

Great bar/restaurant scene. Plenty of drink selections and a great view due to an elevated site.Fairly new in construction with a modern setting.We sat at the bar for lunch, so no drinks, but could tell it would be a great place to have a drink. Bartender and rest of staff were very nice and friendly.We had the Caesar Salad with chicken added and the Caprese Flatbread. Delicious!I would definitely recommend Vic's do lunch and I'd like to come back for dinner one night.

Food arrived both burnt and soggy, everything was borderline inedible, but the fried egg was cooked well. 1 star for the egg.Food took forever and was also cold.

Love love loved eating lunch here. The food was delicious, the ambience was amazing. We sat outside on the patio. Service was great. I can't wait to eat here again.

For starters, the view of Verrado and the overall ambiance of this place is awesome. Part of the reason I'm not rating it lower. We've had decent experiences at the Vic before (recommend the chicken wings), but this last time was very disappointing. I ordered the fish tacos to change it up and the first bite I take, the fish is clearly uncooked. I spit it out and told the waiter about it. They apologized and asked the chef to remake the order. Very upsetting experience and might be one of the last times we go to order food. Hope the quality of the food can be checked in the future before serving to customers.

Everything was excellent from the moment we entered. Wonderful bartender and great creative drinks. Food was over the top excellent- CLEAN & FRESH. Very good experience with excellent service. Highly recommend. MUST TRY- Blistered grape flatbread. Wow what an incredible taste explosion and wonderful surprise.

Decided to take a drive to Verrado to check out the Victory Steps. During my adventure I Found this hidden gem overlooking the Vic Gold Course. I just Loved the atmosphere! I was greeted by very friendly staff who provided Great service! And the topper!!!! The Delicious food! A must try!!!!
