Probably the only restaurant in Seattle area that serves Bengali food. That was our main attraction for trying this place. Went there for dinner. Ambiance of this place is really good. The set up, interiors and lighting are so nice. We got a comfortable corner table with a view.Menu looks great. We picked up Kalmi kabab from Small bites, Butter Naan & Rumali Roti from Breads, Kolkata Style Mutton Biynani and Paneer Makhanwala from entree section. Overall wait time was around 30+ mins. Food was decent. Breads were soft, I think they have got the best Rumali roti. The Biriyani was okish, didn't have the flavor I was looking for. Paneer Makhanwala was a little too much creamy - still good with the breads. Kalmi kabab was a little greasy, felt it was rushed a little bit.The portion to the price range - that's outrageous. Neither the portion nor the taste justifies the price. very disappointed in that way. Service was good. The staffs were friendly and always there at service when we needed.

Really loved the "curries": Butter Chicken and Lamb Shank. Loved the Garlic Naan, probably the best I've ever had. The "curries" too.

Came here around 6pm on a Wednesday night. Was seated immediately, not very busy in there and plenty of parking. Food was served quickly and was great! I haven't had that much Indian food so wanted to try something new. I enjoy all the flavor and would certainly come back and try more new foods!

Went there with the fam, good location, easy to find, parking available. Got us seated quickly. There wasn't much crowd, but the ambience was nice. Food was ok. We wanted the dal to be mild for our kid, but that came spicy (which we liked) and the curry was a lil bland for our taste (but our kid liked). Oh the momos cae out extremely spicy, couldn't finish. The roti was a bit chewy. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience.

I went here for the Sunday buffet. I was anticipating the crowd here after reading some reviews but there was enough sitting available at 12 PM. The place got a bit crowded after 1 PM though. If you are planning on going for a buffet, I would recommend you check their Facebook page. They will post the buffet menu on their Facebook page. Food was really good considering it was a buffet. I loved their masala chai and Gulab Jamun. Chicken fried rice was also amazing. Service and ambience both were above average from what you generally receive at an Indian place.

We decided to come here for their weekend buffet. They do not serve buffets on regular days. We came within half an hour of their buffet time and their was already quite a gathering. Ample of parking space. Enough sitting space. They post their weekend buffet menu on Facebook, so do check it out before visiting. Service was good as well. The menu that day was good. The jhalmuri was very salty and the rasgullas were being served warmed:) (really?), puris were too oily and something had gone bad in the dal. Other than that decent tasting Indian food. Will be back again if the menu is good. hehe

This place is incredible and has been doing a great job keeping the flag high. We requested them to tweak their recipe which they gladly did. The chef Shaumitra stopped by checking on the food. Phuchka, fish curry in mustard sauce and the Kolkata biryani were astounding. The garlic naan was super soft, flaky, garlicky and just irresistible. The gur rasgulla is truly astounding - truly an experience.

This Bengali cuisine restaurant in Kirkland is a hidden gem. The ambiance is decent but offers a good amount of seating. The staff is incredibly friendly and open to feedback, always looking to improve the dining experience.I love their Jhal Muri, Gud Rasgulla, and Soya Curry, although I was disappointed to learn that they've discontinued the Soya Curry on my last visit. Their noodles are the closest to the street-style noodles you find in India, among all the places I've tried in Seattle. I'm excited to try more of their dishes. Oh, and their Thandai Lassi is a unique treat that you don't often find elsewhere.

For unique food and once it's ok. Staff was overwhelmed, had to move our seat because it was close to a door leaking cold air. Appetizer was good (mochar chop) but meat dishes were not great. A friend of ours visiting at that time mentioned that they gave tried many meat dishes and they were sub-par except Laal mans. So if I go there again, will try that. Being a Bengali, I was looking forward to the taste of home but was not impressed at all. Will try my luck one more time
