Cute spot, decent food, and good happy hour!Stopped in for happy hour! For a spot right by Climate Pledge, it's pretty decently priced, and the food is good! We got wings, fried wontons, and the larb tacos. I'm a big fan of the tacos, perfect amount of spice. I regret not getting more. The Buffalo wings were lowkey so spicy, had to drown them in ranch to honk em down LOL.The tacos were definitely standout among the other items we got. Would definitely stop in again for a quick eat.

I get my hair done next door a few times a year and always come in after my appointment - I really look forward to it. Everyone in here must think my hair just looks amazing all the time, haha...insert many laughing emojis here.Always great service from bartender/owner, Steve, and I love the creative craft cocktails. He's an intuitive dude, and I feel like even when I can barely articulate what I'm in the mood for, he can bust out something on the fly that's perfect. Food-wise, everything is good, but the tacos are a must-try. My photo of tacos is outdated - this was a former happy hour special, I think from our very first visit, but they still have 3 different delicious taco flavors on the current menu. I think my fave is the spicy larb, but I'd take any of them any day of the week. I'd eat anything there, to be completely honest with you. If you're looking for a 32 oz porterhouse steak or whatever, you might be disappointed, but for super flavorful small plates, this is where it's at.I also appreciate that the vibe has always been super chill, even when there's an event in the neighborhood. Maybe it does get crazy, I don't know; I'm never out past like...8pm. Every time I've been in, I've ended up in a really fun and unexpected conversation when I wasn't even intending to be social. But I've never seen it descend into utter chaos and debauchery like some of the other neighborhood joints, and I am so glad for that. Grownups like to tie one on, too, sometimes! Get off our lawn while we drink our fancy cocktails and eat our larb tacos in peace, discussing Bob Dylan deep cuts or whatever.

Finally stopped by Travelling Goat and had a fun night here. They have a good variety of food and cocktails. From their food we ordered their garlic edamame, wings, cheesy tots, butter chicken tacos, fried ravioli, fried spring rolls and they all tasted great. Now the drinks were really good - loved their cold brew martini, whisky sour and the bartender did a good job of surprising us with different drinks based on what we requested and our palette. The place is relatively quaint and has semi-speakeasy vibes which I like. I always go here on weekdays to avoid weekend rush and always have a seat. Since this is queen anne, parking can be a pain. Overall I like this place and will stop by again.

The featured Drink is the Passengers 75 and being a huge French 75 girly myself, I wanted to try it. We were headed to the Seattle Rep for the Passengers show and read online to come to the Traveling Goat for this drink that would take you back in time. The ambiance here is casual and there is mainly seating for pairs. They have a really nice signature cocktail menu and although we came for the Passengers 75, my husband and I went with the "Lets Go Camping" and the "Choose Your Adventure" instead. Both were a 5/5, really good and kind of strong. We thought about ordering another round but there was just one person working the bar and the restaurant was getting busier so he didn't come back around to us. After awkwardly sitting around a few minutes we didn't want to cut it too close for our show time so we decided to walk up to the bar to pay. The drinks were good though so I guess I'd try sitting right at the bar if your just coming in for a drink.

Cute little bar in QA. My friend had suggested this place for drinks as she had her pup with her and she knew Traveling Goat was dog friendly. We enjoyed some good cocktails and ended up getting some small bites as well. Seems like the food and cocktails rotate frequently based on other reviews. I hope to come back again!

We finally got here on Christmas Eve. Easy parking!Steve was very welcoming and took care of everybody very well.We got our drinks in record time - a great Dirty Martini, and beer my husband liked. Then fried spring rolls, very tasty! Gochujang wings were nicely spiced and very crispy! There was a special of stewed pork with 5 spice that was so good I wanted a big plate of it! And so many more things to try! We hope to be regulars on weeknights.

We stopped by for happy hour, and the service put this to a 5-star. The food, on its own, was pretty terrific, too. The drink menu isn't very extensive, but is well curated. My wife loved her lemon drop, and the IPA recommended by our waiter was very nice. I had the Larb tacos. Sooooooo hot and wonderful. The shell was larger, and the stuffing more extravagant than I expected. Spicy! Be prepared and have a full beer nearby. My wife started with the garlic edamame followed with spicy tofu tacos (not on the menu, but when asked for a veggie dish, it was offered). Both were terrific. Our dining companions enjoyed their salt and pepper crispy wings and fried spring rolls. If you are attending something at the Seattle Center, give this place a try. Wait, even if not going to an event at the Center, give this place a try.

Incredible bar with amazing drinks, live jazz music, and phenomenal food! I had the wonderful opportunity of living nearby for a few months with my partner and we had an absolute blast each time we came here. The owners are so sweet, the husband works the bar and the wife works the kitchen. The drinks and food are AMAZING! Plus the Jazz bands they bring were super talented and made the experience so enjoyable. So sad that we don't live there anymore and we miss The Traveling Goat so much!

Alright, so get ready for something really special. My girlfriend and I visiting her daughter who just happens to live right up the street from this real gem. Like a great meal, there are many ingredients that go into making a spot like this. The atmosphere is terrific, we got lucky and the four of us shared a low table with a sofa and a couple of chairs. Very quickly our waiter appears and takes our drink orders and cheerfully answered a variety of questions we had about the various cocktails. He was wonderful. Very cheerful, informative, patient and retrieved our drinks and subsequent food in quick order. I had the pot stickers which had a bit of crisp in the outside and delicious filling, but the real star was the Tom Khai soup. Believe me when I tell you that it was life changing. I made a point of heading to the kitchen to tell the chef how incredible it was, she was so appreciative and happy. This is the kind of place that everyone wishes they had within walking distance but so many seldom do. Don't hesitate, slide into a table and get ready for a wonderful evening.

I love traveling goat! Great place for happy hour - everyday 4-5 AND during every home kraken game. Their happy hour menu is pretty solid! $8 martinis, lemon drops, and cosmos is a steal + a solid food menu. I've had their pot stickers and tacos and was impressed especially for the price. Relatively small space, but very cozy and cute in the best way.
