The Tipsy

Came across The Tipsy a few weeks back while I was out working in that area. Stopped in with my husband and had the sliders, flatbread and a glass of wine. The food was good and the wine a glass of wine. The vibe was chill and the service was good.Now a few weeks later and we are back in the area and decided to give it another whirl oh and we are so happy we did. The vibe was much better and the food was excellent. We ordered the grilled cheese with bacon and onion jam. Let me tell you I will be thinking about this grilled until I return for another one. The bacon was perfectly crisp the two blend of cheeses were amazing together along with a little avocado and that onion jam fit so perfectly to make it so memorable it came with a side of chip which was a nice add on. Also, ordered the wedge salad. The wedge was so tasty and a very nice portion to split. The buttermilk dressing with a touch of balsamic was the perfect match for this stepping up the taste of this simple salad and making it one of my top favorite salads. Ordered a half bottle (2 glasses for $30.00)of Pessimist. It was delicious.Service was on point and definitely will be returning to this hidden gem in the area of 67th Ave/ Deer Valley. Cheers!

Decent joint.. probably need a second or third visit to warm up... The economy is tough and I am sure rents are high.... So for now I would give an average experience... We had the meatballs, which tasted the same as what I make from Sam's club (and they are good), and the French Dip was "Gamey" tasting with an Au Jus that is screaming for help.Additionally, regulars are important... new comers spending $180 including tip for a quick sample, are extremely important as well.I want to see success so we give a 4 with a better experience next time...

If your looking for a great local spot with excellent service, and better than the normal fried food at many local bars, this is a great place to try. Had the Rocky Point Shrimp which is ceviche style with chips and it did not disappoint. Wife had the bruschetta which they have several to choose from and you can mix and match which is great. Service has always been great, Fran and Justin have taken good care of us with fast and friendly service, and Fran comes up with some quick witted comebacks to my sometimes smart@as comments which I enjoy. Give this place a try if your in the area and looking for something more than the average bar.

Last night I went to have a nice time with friends and per the owner they advised the bartender to not serve me bc my face was red! I wasn't intoxicated or being a bother. What if someone has a skin issue or was on a certain medication and made their face red? Just going to boot them out so fast without speaking to the actual person? That is totally unacceptable service and I don't think we'll ever go back. That's one way to lose service. Do better! #redfacelivesmatter

Pretty good spot to chill. It's a cute place.They have happy hour 3 to 6. We got the charcuterie board. It was good. Also my friends got the margarita pizza. That was good I got the mozzarella, prosciutto and apple bruschetta. It was okay.

Julie and I stopped here after golf (and finding our 1st choice didn't open until 6pm). The strip mall location is deceptive. You will walk through a storefront door into an upscale lounge. They have some nice signature cocktails along with a varied beer tap. The wine list is extensive for the size of the lounge. Michael is a knowledgeable, craft bartender who appreciates the classic cocktail. They do have a nice food menu, including a charcuterie tray, flatbreads and bruschettas. Unfortunately, I'm on a strict diet right now. So, that means we'll have to stop by next time we're in the valley to sample the food. I have no doubt it will be a good as it looks.

Went for a birthday celebration and the server was consistently questioning us all about how much we were drinking and who was driving who etc etc. cute looking place but not a good vibe. Two of us had half full drinks left and our glasses taken away without being asked. Will not be returning.

Absolutely love this place!It is such an upscale yet relaxed atmosphere to grab a drink and some light food options. The hummus & pita is delicious!They have a wonderful selection of wine & some carefully curated cocktails. Keep in mind if you're looking for a full bar this is not the place for you. The servers & bartender are always attentive and quick. Highly recommend!

This place was fantastic. I brought a large group of friends there over the weekend. They drove a distance to come. Check it out, and everyone was very impressed. The cocktails were all OnPoint and the service was terrific. I especially love the ambience. I was surprised to find such a unique place in a strip mall. I cannot wait to come back. This is a must try.

We normally go to Phoenix or Scottsdale but we were near arrowhead & came across this on yelp . It's cute, nothing to crazy but clean, wasn't super busy, one server who was nice . Also ordered the espresso martini, again we are normally use to paying for drinks that seem pricier which the espresso martini was $15 which seems over priced for a local bar & it was decent but not AZ88 good, not sure what kind of espresso they use but didn't seem " fresh " regardless I could see why locals come here !
