Thursday evening happy hour, 2 burgers & fries and 2 yummy beers for $23. Unbelievableeeee, we will be back as we live down the street. We've been wanting to come and so glad we did! The deal is from Monday - Saturday! + a outdoor seating in the front and a back patio

Is the $10 Burger + Fries + Craft Beer San Diego's best lunch special? I'm making a strong argument for that! Basically an $8 beer, $1.50 for the burger and 50 cents for the fries...come ON! Offer good until 6:00 pm daily, I believe. My burger was good- two beautiful tomato slices and grilled red onions, by God! Fries were sort of the natural cut style with skin, seasoned with Old Bay, which is like a hug from my home state of Maryland. Owner Johnny is very personable and made my (well behaved) 13 year-old son feel welcome.

You will love this dive bar. Great food (in particular wings, fish tacos, burger special) In fact I'd say this bar has oddly delicious bar food. Also friendly cool bartenders and best prices around. Cold beer and no bullshit. The crowd can look freaky but they're all secretly nice people and friendly. This has been my favorite bar for years, even when I lived in 92109 and 92103. Outdoor and indoor seating, dogs okay and kids okay til 8 pm. Def the best dive bar in OB and one of my all time favorite bars for life.

Great lunch special. $10 burger fries and a draft beer ! Mostly local spot with pool tables and good tunes playing... decent size bar to sit and eat at as well

This is it baby! 400th review. And what a place to post it. See photo. Unfortunate since the Stick has a gratuitous 4 star rating. No way they deserve five across the board. The sandwich board out front proclaims happy hour from 4-7 but there's only one special for sumpin' off pitchers. Bartender didn't say how much. The burger and beer $10 offer until 7 PM makes up for it. But bartender didn't mention it. Totes coming back for the Wednesday night late evening cocktail specials.

Heather greeted me with an awesome smile and quickly grabbed my beer and took my food order. John made a super delicious burger. was perfect. The service was beyond friendly and exceptional. Prices are great. It's like coming home. Thank you all for working on 4th of July with such great attitudes. Gonna come back for their $10 burger and beer special and bomb HH.

Johnny does a great job at the bar. Love the stickers all over the place. Glad I stopped in.

4 females weren't "regular" males from this bar. PERIOD. The regulars ordered drinks after hours and were allowed to stay. They (regulars) helped "kick" us out. We tipped $10 on a $19 tab and the bartender was offended that her "people" were talking to non regulars. All of it was unnecessary...I don't recommend this bar if you're not a "regular". Zero stars but it wasn't a choice.

Can't say enough about this place amazing food excellent service, great atmosphere, this is certainly a hidden gem!!! Highly recommend! Especially if you come here on Friday dayshift, Bartender was lovely!!!
