The Sub Joint

Went to this sub shop 2x a few weeks ago while visiting friends on Camano Island. So delicious! I had the turkey & provolone both times & they used a whole grain dijon mustard that was to die for! My friend had a veggie sub & also loved it. Highly recommend The Sub Joint. I'll be by the next time I'm visiting Camano. Thanks.

Hi all, I have not been to the Sub Joint yet but when my wife handed me a half sandwich the size of a motorcycle battery I was impressed. Yes a half. She kept a half for herself and had some left over. She got the Italian Sub. Packed full of cured meats and ham plus a liberal dose pepperoncinis made this sandwich very good. I keep meaning to stop by myself. I'm not sure how they are handling the Covid situation but I'm sure they are in compliance with State guidelines like most other places. I'll report back after I go there.

I had high hopes for this place and will give them another chance. Probably try a cold one next time. I thought to get a hot sub it would be grilled and hot through out. They basically just heat it in a convection oven and it doesn't get hot all the way through. It was warm on the outside and cold in the middle. Just wasn't a fan.

Generous portions, good bread, fresh ingredients, quick but not so friendly service. Pack your subs for a picnic on the shore!

What a great local joint!! The menu sign in person is small but online they have so many options. I got the Italian (full size) and I love how they wrapped the two halves separately. Perfect for leftovers. Bread was so fresh, and the meats were so flavorful. The gal working was friendly and let us know how long it would take for her to the make the sandwiches. For 3 sandwiches it took ~20mins. But there's a great marketplace nearby to wander. You can also order online! Highly recommend!! I look forward to using the online order system next time!

Hot sub was cold . Staff abrupt. Phhht... Had to get our order from the lady she gave it to.

Small walk up to the window place for cold & hot sun sandwiches, soups, chips. Very generous portion of meat on these subs with awesome fresh bread made at the bakery next door! Much better than your run of the mill chain sub place. Not fast food, but worth the 10-15 minute wait!

So much wow factor going on with this tiny walk up sub shop. From the menu to the bread... THE BREAD! Mmmmmm...I will get to that later! The great staples of Italian, Ham/Turkey, veggie and a very cool smoked chicken salad are the menu. In addition you can add chips, a drink and or a cup or bowl of soup! Being a vegan I was shocked to see they do vegan mayo and have a vegan cheese (they had me at vegan mayo). I got the veggie with v-mayo and cheese, while my mom ordered the ham sub. The size offerings are a 3rd (4 in), Half (6in) or whole (8in). These are very generous sandwiches so even the half is huge! The subs came with the freshest ingredients and here we go... the bread is amazing! Huge sourdough sub roll- so tasty! When in the area this is the sandwich shop to drop in! Call a head as well. They do a lot of take out! Eat Local friends!

Best subs I've ever had! Super Fresh and Delicious! The bread is perfect! The meat they use is moist! Their condiments are crunchy and pleasing to the eye as well!

Best sandwiches. Every town should have a place just like this. Love the food. Great store market coffee bakery etc to browse while you wait too.
