The StopAlong Logan Square

This is definitely a family spot. If you go early n a Friday night, expect to be outnumbered by little ones. This is why we love it. We feel like we are with our people and don't have to worry about side-eyes if our kids are a little loud. The wait staff is patient and generous. The woman who runs front of house remembers my kids and that means a lot. Don't come in here expecting boiler room!Smash burgers are fire and the pizza always hits. Craft beer on the menu is always appreciated.

This was our first food stop in Chicago, just a few steps from our airbnb and we were not disappointed. The interior is a basic bar with tables and I think a few arcade games but we were there mid day and chose to sit on the patio. It was like 2pm so it was more or less empty the entire time we were there. We had a shady seat but had a great view of the perfect weather and the food was delivered quickly. We loved the pizza and the animal style fries were very fun. I would have loved to come here again during out time in Chicago.

This is now becoming one of my favorite neighborhood spots. Conveniently located a few steps from the California blue line, this is the perfect stop on the way home from work, or on the weekend, or pretty much whenever you feel like it. I love getting garlic knots, a slice of truffle shuffle pizza and a beer (they have a great slice + a shot special)... chef's kiss! Today I switched it up and went with the bartenders recommendations. The whatamelon cocktail is just lovely... sweet watermelon with a kick of jalapeño infused tequila. Their liquor distributor wasn't carrying the usual jalapeño tequila they use, so they further infused the tequila themselves to make sure it was up to par. I've got to say, goal achieved, this is even better! Adam (bartender extraordinaire) is on his game! I also told him I was going to change it up from my regular slices and asked for some recs... the excitement with which he recommended the Felicity told me I had to try this. Amazing! Unexpected flavors that work perfectly together. I could've eaten the entire pizza myself (or did I?? )The owner, Robert, is terrific and very active in the community, always helping out. Most recently, I hosted a fundraiser and emailed him on a whim a few days before to see if they could cater - Robert came through and his team totally hooked it up. The food was a hit at our event. I ordered the same amount of pizza that we typically do - all I gotta say is that we always have tons of food leftover. Not this time!

For a Saturday night when everything else was packed, being able to get a seat and get food within the hour was impressive. When we did get our food it was incredible, and the drinks were also great. It was a clearly lively environment, perhaps louder than anticipated but not a problem at all. It really did take a half an hour to get drinks but the waiter said they're currently short staffed - so they're doing incredible with that in mind. Will be back!

I was craving pizza tonight so we decided to try this new spot in the neighborhood! The pizza was delicious and the slices did the perfect fold in half to eat them. And oh my goodness was the staff kind here! I genuinely think that every single person told us to have a good night as we left. Our server was a little slow on coming back to our table, but nothing too extreme! The inside gives family friendly vibes and the back patio is such a cool spot to hang out on! I appreciated that half of the patio was covered.

Phenomenal food, fast friendly service, comfortable casual atmosphere with a huge outdoor patio. One of the best burgers you'll find.. Stop Along was critics and peoples choice winner 2022 Roscoe Burgerfest. Also one of the best NY Style Pizzas in Chicago. We're big fans of the new space and will be back often.

Greasy goodness awaits. Thin crust and fast, this revamped Boiler Room hits the spot! I'd suggest a plain cheese or if you're feeling adventurous, go for one of their specialty pies.I'm not usually very good with change, and the new name got my feelers bristling, but the food is still good! Give em a try!

We had a large group, and fortunately, we were able to get seated immediately (early evening on a Friday). The manager was so accommodating, and the server was never pushy even with the large group. Food was consistent to the original location, except the garlic knots weren't as soft/chewy or garlicky. The Cluck-Stop was being shared, so we appreciated they cut it in half for us. The Mom's Standby was smaller than I recalled. Overall, food is good for what it is, quick, and it's nice to know this location is bigger since they don't take reservations.

The second location of one of my favorite Pizza/Burger spots in the City isn't officially open yet but they invited a bunch of neighborhood folks in to try out the Pizza while doing some staff training. The Pizza was as great as the OG location and the space is much larger with an awesome out door patio and still the same great service.Welcome to Logan Square and providing us with an amazing family friendly spot with Pizza and Burgers. Don't sleep on the Free Arcade games ( Frogger, Burger Time, NBA Jam, Star Wars, Ms PacMan and of course Galaga )

This is the Stop Along, not the Boiler Room. There is no Boiler Room pizza here. Ok, now that we have established that, the people at this place are the best. Super friendly service from the time you walk in until you leave. Everyone was great. The garlic knots are great and the cheese fries are so good. But let's now talk about the burger. I've had the Stop Along burger probably 4 times before this and it has always been incredible. Like a top 25 Chicago burger incredible. However, this might have been the worst burger I've had in years. Literally it was falling apart and it was so wet it tasted like the entire burger, bun and all, had been dipped in dish water. It had NO pleasing flavor. NONE. 14 hours later and I can't get the taste out of my mouth. It was SO bad. This has to have been an off night. It just had to be because a restaurant with this reputation does not consistently serve inedible food. I left 3/4ths of the burger on the plate. I was so disappointed because it's usually great (at least at the original Stop Along). Something just went terribly wrong last night. Unfortunately, I will never be back.
