Okay Racks is under new management and a new name called The Station. So this is the 3rd attempt to improve upon what was the Rock House. After hearing the great news that Racks is no more, we couldn't wait to drop by and check out the new place in hopes that it was much much better than Racks and hopefully closer to how Rock House use to be. So we get there at 10:10 PM and walked up to a sign that said Now Open. Only to find that the doors were locked. Hmm. We saw people moving around and after standing at the door for 5 minutes decided to leave. Just then a worker walks out and says they are open. We said no the door is locked. So he turns around to pull on the door he just closed and.... Yep...locked. He says I though we were open. So the new owner then comes to the door and tells us they are closed. I said well is this because of reconstruction or something, is it permanently going to close at 10 every night? He said it's going to permanently be closed at 10 every night. I said well, including weekends? He says.. (and this is the good part).. YES. Okay, what sports bar closes at 10?! Sigh. Again I had high hopes in hoping a great location and great spot for Karaoke was about to be put back on the map so I can invite a bunch of my group members to hang out on Saturdays and now... this :( . No way I can have a party of any kind for adults to a place that is going to kick us out at 10. In Houston people don't go out TILL 10. So... this is 1 star before I even get a chance to try the spot. I give it a year and if they don't change those hours quick, they won't make it that long in this market.

Went to the new location on Hwy 6. Great food and great service. I had the cajun pasta with shrimp and deep fried cobbler balls that were fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Located in Copperfield, clean, well lite. Brittany greeted me with a smile. It is Tuesday so we got the 10 for $20 deal, half grilled, half fried... so good!... homemade romalada and tartar sauce, fresh fries, the crawfish pie was delish... you could taste the peppers and onions! Sweet Corn Hush puppies are a must. Will was at the bar, serving a beautiful frozen daiquiri... time to eat y'all! Enjoy!

Horrible service!!! 2 couples who walked in after us got their food before us! We had a small to go order of a grilled combo 5 wing combo, and a cup of gumbo. When my husband approached the counter to ask about our order he saw our food was sitting right there on the counter where it had been for over 5 minutes. They never called our name. He made sure it was still hot before leaving. We get home go sit down to eat and our side of dirty rice (part of our meal) was missing. He called the location only for no one to answer the phone. He went up there and they gave him the dirty rice.

Look at this place they have gotten worse and worse. I seriously tried to support but I quit. Food preparation is the worst and they give you the bare minimum. I should not have to look for my shrimp on my tacos under a whole head of cabbage! Fish is so thin I swear it's lunch meat so it's no wonder why it's always empty every time I go there. Won't be getting any of my family business.

I usually like to go into town when I want a drink but this place is close by and has good food/drinks. The bartender learned our drinks just after two visits and is very friendly. That and she does not water down the drinks lol. The crawfish is good and comes with potatoes and sausage. I suggest you get the blow it out your ass hot. Overall its a good spot for being local and go support them. Sit at the bar!
