This is a great spot, open concept right next to Wrigley Field. We sidled up to the bar yesterday and had a great experience. Our bartender, Bobby, has such a great personality and was very attentive, despite the fact that the place was really crowded. We enjoyed the Chicago style hotdog with fries and chicken nachos, recommended by the bartender. The beer is a tad pricier than I would have liked, but it was cold and delicious. We will definitely be back.

We walked in. It wasn't terribly busy a few patrons seated at the bar and a handful of tables. We waited 20 min at the bar with no service. One individual said "we'll be with you soon" and nothing happened. There were tvs glitching making me feel ill. No one addressed the tv situation. You're a sports bar. The television's were unacceptable.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I can't recall the last time I've had such incompetent service paired with nearly inedible nachos and disgustingly price gauging drinks. I've lived in Lakeview for over 20 years and this was my first time coming to enjoy hearing the Wrigley concert with a cocktail, but they close the outside early and force you inside to listen to their awful Sirius radio crap. So what's the point? Literally not a single redeeming quality about that experience. Never again and don't recommend. Just so you know I'm not complaining just to complain, I had one 12 oz Alagash, one regular Makers and Coke and an order of nachos, no meat and my bill was $54. The chips were stale AF, the cheese sauce was essentially liquid oh and I did see a couple city kitties frolicking on the sidewalk not very far from our outdoor patio seating. Just gross all the way around.

We were in town for a Cubs game and had come to the area as soon as our parking garage opened. So 4 hours to kill until game time. This was our first stop and one guy with us wanted a drink. I guess we were hungry, too as we went ahead and asked for menus. I don't drink but I could appreciate the ambiance and especially the location. Also, it was opened up and we almost felt as we were sitting outside. Hubby and his friend got drinks and I got my Diet Coke. From the tiny menu I could quickly ascertain - NO SALADS! I'm pretty sure this is the first review I've written where I didn't eat a salad. But we were in Rome and I didn't want to be difficult, so I did as the Romans did and just ordered something from the tiny menu. None of it was healthy so I used this logic - pickles have like zero calories - so deep fried pickles would be a minimizing caloric option. So I went with them. Hubby is a wing snob and I was surprised he ordered the wings. His buddy got the buffalo chicken wrap.I must say - I have not had fried food in decades - and these pickles were DELICIOUS! Piping hot, a crisp coating and not greasy. I savored every bite and didn't really offer to share. LOL. There was a dipping sauce and I tried it - it was good - but to minimize the- unhealthy food intake, and they really were good without it - I didn't dip many.Hubby said the wings were OK. His buddy said the wrap was good - but he had gastric bypass and only eats a few bites before getting the rest to go and nibble on throughout the next day.Was this place fantastic? No. Was it fun and great first stop in the area? Absolutely. The whole area is amazing and the stadium is rich with history. I highly recommend you wander around and give many places a try.

Been here many of many times and cannot believe I haven't written a review. Sports corner is located in a great spot super close to the train and field. Their rooftop is a great for a good breeze and a glimpse of the field. We exclusively come here for all concerts to hear the music and have a few drinks. Food is super average and drinks are pretty normal so come planning just to hang and enjoy the ambiance. Bathrooms on the roof and the basement which are generally clean. Last annoying thing is they have to close the outside patio and roof by 10pm but it's not their fault, instead that is a neighborhood requirement.

A good place to go before a Cubs game. At the corner of Addison and Sheffield. 3 stories high. Drink prices cheaper than in the park. Clean bathrooms Go Cubs!

Stopped in prior to a Cubs game with the family . Ordered wings, nachos and pretzel bites. Staff was friendly and speedy food was decent and surprisingly not that crowded. Stop in and have some food before a ballgame!

3 stars feels very fair across the board. No complaints, let's be clear. Service was incredibly attentive, pulling tables together, always checking in but never obnoxious. Really easy to get a big table by the window for opening day.Drinks were very affordable - class sports bar snacks, pretzel bites were quite good. Selection was solid, not ground breaking but all in all a really solid choice for drinks and snacks right by the stadium or train. So convenient!

I slid into my fave pre cubs game yesterday. Not too crowded yet, sat at the bar. The bartender- service- like I was the only person there or having a beer at a friends house. Told me what he likes on the menu and the Italian need sandwich was exactly what I wanted too. Been here before, but this time was the best- added to the overall great experience of going to a Cubs game!

Bought a $10 Budweiser at rooftop bar. Bartender gave me $8 change for a $20. I asked where the rest of the change was. He gave me a dirty look. Then he went back to the register and reluctantly gave me another $1. Didn't feel like arguing. Drank the beer a left. Bad way to do business. Wouldn't go back. Many other places within 2 blocks that treat people well.
