The Spice is Right

I had a chance to experience this wonderful food truck service while at the local 4th HOA celebration event. Their burgers and Philly steak sandwiches are outright some of the best I have had. The burger was double patty and it wasn't a thin lifeless burger patty but a thick, juicy and well spiced burger. It was topped with melted cheese and jalapeños... delicious. The Philly steak sandwich was perfectly spiced, tangy and gooey cheese and steak. Wow. The kids enjoyed their chicken fingers and kids burgers, as well as the fries. These folks know how to cook. Definitely worth bringing to your next party.

Love this place. Super solid chipotle cheesesteak. I've recently discovered Nadeen's in Nashville, but I still love this food truck.

This local food truck is absolutely one of the best and definitely worth pulling off the road to get some great sandwiches (or anything else off the menu). This is my third opportunity at 3 different menu items and all 3 earned top ratings... and by the way all 3 generously proportioned selections were more than I could or should eat in one setting.Their chicken philly sandwiches in several varieties are the best anywhere, starting with the bread.My son had the Mac Attack Burger and gave it rave reviews, but again more than he could finish. If you see this truck in front of the Common Law Brewery Tasting Room, order outside and then go inside to grab a great local beer and a seat and they will bring the food to you.Cheers!

Was waiting for my car at the Coop in columbia when I saw it pull up. Got the cheesesteak and my wife got the Mac burger. Both were amazing! Her burger had bacon, fried egg and Mac and cheese. My cheesesteak was so full of steak I had to eat half of it with a fork before I could pick it up and I still had stuff falling out! Definitely stop if you see this food truck. Worth every penny!

Sorry I don't have any photos. Once I saw this beautiful burger, all I could think about was eating it. It was delicious. Really delicious. Try the Mac Attack and you will go back. Yes, the fries were great too.

Can we say hell yes to the literal best kickin chicken pasta this side of middle Tennessee!?! Absolutely amazing and so good! Service is always on point, staff is super sweet and I am in foodie heaven with this place! Go on and get you some, you definitely won't regret it!!!!

Great food! Great prices! Great staff! Easy to access and a surprisingly diverse menu - all of which has been delicious so far. The mac and cheese is our family favorite. Has just enough spicy kick to her recipes. Highly recommend.

This food truck is awesome. Erik & Pam arrive early at our facility on Cleburne Road every Tuesday for lunch and supper. They have great cheesesteaks and wraps. You can't go wrong with the combo, sandwich, a drink with Cheddar Poppers for a reasonable price. I enjoy the menu and look forward to their next visit!

You never know what you're going to get when you step up to a food truck. They were set up at NACO this past Sat. for Memorial Day weekend and my wife and I got the chicken sandwich, double cheese burger, both had the jalapeno ranch sauce and the nachos. All tasted great! Would have given a 5 but the food was so juicy it made the buns a little soggy as well as the chips in the nachos. We ate it all, just a little messy. We will visit them again the next time we see them.

This food truck is absolutely awesome. The food is always great and the staff are very kind. I try to eat with them at least once a week. Highly recommend!
