The Sicilian Butcher - Peoria

One of my favorite spots in the west valley and a favorite spot for my friends. Great from Michael at the bar.Secret tip, the cappuccino is fabulous.

I think it's a bit over priced for what it is. The drinks were amazing. The calamari was so tough we couldn't eat it. The pasta is always good. But the rum cake has zero flavor. One of those places you gotta find what's worth ordering I guess.

My husband and I were looking forward to dining at your restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we specifically asked McKenzie to be seated inside. She told us there was no waiting list but didn't take our information. After waiting for 15 minutes, we noticed others being seated while we were ignored. When we approached her again, she offered to seat us outside, despite our earlier request.When I questioned why she didn't take our information, she responded dismissively and without any apology. Even after speaking with the manager, the situation wasn't resolved, and our experience was ruined. This was especially frustrating since we drove 50 minutes just to dine at your location.We felt McKenzie's behavior was unprofessional, and her actions significantly impacted our visit.I hope this message reaches the appropriate person.

5 stars all across the board. I absolutely love this place I recommend making a reservation but sometimes you're able to just walk in. All the staff if knowledgeable and friendly with fast service. Jason, Jessie, and sharina are so welcome and bring the atmosphere to the Sicilian. The food is amazing and rich and just the perfect amount. We had the gnocchi and the chicken parmigiana and they were amazing. To drink I was sipping on probably the best espresso martini I've had so get it if you can. Don't forget to stop by the bakery for some fresh cannolis.

The Silcian Butcher is a nice Italian restaurant. Carefully designed and decorated to transport you to Italy as soon as you walk through the doors.We sat at the bar to order from the Happy Hour menu. But, we decided to order off the regular menu as it looked delicious.Cheyenne took care of us during our dinner. Her service was outstanding! She recommended some of her favorites. She was friendly outgoing and attentive. All the servers were so friendly and nice!Marg Al Melone: tequila, honey syrup, mint, melon liquor, melon foam (5/5). Fruity, sweet, flavorful as you could really taste the melon foam. This was an awesome drink for me. Even my wife enjoyed it, and she usually doesn't.Cured Meat & Cheeseboard: artisinal cured Meat and cheeses, Roman artichokes, Sicilian olives, fig jam, grapes, toast points (3.5/5). Savory, sweet, tart, sweet again. It was nice to try all the different kinds of meats and cheeses.[Craft Meatballs]UNCLE ARTHUR'S SAUSAGE*: pork + fennel + roasted bell peppers + sharp provolone + parmigiano + herb breadcrumbs. We couldn't taste the fennel as it was very faint. Very meaty lightly seasoned.CARBONARA*: pancetta + shallots + english peas + egg yolk + parmigiano. Creamy, cheesy, savory sauce.GNOCCHI: potato dumpling, so light chewing is optional. Sure, this was a weird combination but the highlight was the gnocchi. It was light and airy and different from other places, as it had a hole in the middle. (4/5)

We have had the pleasure of dining at The Sicilian Butcher a few times now, and we consistently love their food. The Ferris wheels of meatballs are a particular favorite of ours and always leave us impressed. The SICILIAN IN STRADA BOARD is a great option if you are dining with a larger group of people. Personally, I enjoy the Flora's salad, although I find it even better with a lighter hand on the sauce. The ARTICHOKE BIANCA is a must-try if you are a fan of artichokes, and the Fazzoleti dish was also very tasty.While we appreciate the attentive and friendly service provided by our waitress, we did notice that the tables in the restaurant are quite close to each other. This can sometimes detract from the overall dining experience and make conversations feel less private.In conclusion, The Sicilian Butcher has consistently delivered delicious food and welcoming service during our visits. We look forward to returning and exploring more of their menu offerings in the future.

I cannot recommend The Sicilian Butcher even more!! A must try on any occasion!! The menu is top notch, and don't even get me started on the desserts/bakery. They have the BEST cannolis in town in my opinion. You can also create your own. Joe, Mike and the rest of the crew are great behind the bar. Jason, one of the managers is great as well. Give this place a try sometime! You will not be disappointed.

I've been visiting the Peoria location a lot lately because Makenna makes the best coffee ever, always a smile, always great service! Jason does a great job managing as it's obvious he keeps a great team and clean restaurant. Thank you, I hope to visit again soon!
