The Roastery of Cave Creek

Delicious. Went in the afternoon with my sister. She's free to write her own review. I didn't have much time, as I live in the Portland metropolitan area, and could only select one coffee roaster to visit on my trip. I took my screen time and chose RCC. Space is cool, it's where they get down and roast. It's spartan, not a cafe, so don't expect it do be. What we got was a magical tasting experience. Im a SE PDX boy, and this was filling all my happy holes. Whomever it was that was there that day was awesome. She was polite and not just game, but excited to talk, share, explain anything we asked about. My only regret is that we didn't come during morning/breakfast time as I try to not drink caffeine after high noon and they let, no encourage, you to sample. I left having tasted a lot of excellent coffees with different brew methods, as well as several pounds of whole beans. 10/10 will go back here if ever I am in the area.

First time here, found them on YELP, coming from Sedona, was looking to buy some coffee to bring back to Hawaii. Kathy was there to help us, excellent customer service and friendly. They not a coffee shop, more a warehouse to purchase coffee at a very cheap price of $10- per 12oz whole bean bag. If it's your first time there, $10- off your purchase of 2-bags, the other is free. A solid 5 stars! Looked for a coffee shop as we are new to the area. While this is not your typical "order a cup of coffee" kind of shop, it was a gem of a find! We got a free sample of the cold brew and a wonderful walk through of their coffees! We bought 4 cans of the cold Nitro and 2 types of beans for our espresso maker. This is a 100% solid "we will be frequenting this place"

What a great business. I came in to purchase some retail beans and the nice employee gave me a tour, walked me through their beans, and answered my questions. The coffee was excellent I started with the Black and Tan, but will be back for more.

Hands down, the best coffee! Fresh and delicious! My personal favorite is the Guatemalan coffee! Smooth with a hint of chocolate and a nice caffeine kick! The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, just the nicest people!

Absolutely the best coffee I have ever tasted. Clean, strong without the hyper effects of too much caffeine. We went through 2 growlers in 3 days. 2 people..lol.. A must try! Great looking place and friendly staff. The partnership between them and Pangaea's in Prescott is perfection. Thank you for providing an excellent product, with service in this day and age.

I unfortunately bought their espresso. Not only is it not espresso, but is tasteless and I would question the word coffee in association with this product. I have not been to the restaurant, but it better be better than their coffee. Really, if you like real coffe, don't buy this. Since we have been in AZ for over 20 years, we think our State should stick to the beans done well here.

We happened to visit the Roastery on a recommendation from a friend. We were able to sample some cold brews and watch as they roasted coffee. They are gracious enough to provide first time visitors with a free bag of coffee beans. Friendly people and yummy coffee beans!
