The Rabbit Hole

First of all!! To be one bartender and full house Julian acknowledged us at every time we need a drink. Most humble person ever! Came all the way from Los Angeles for a dodgers game and even though he talk a little shit lol he was definitely one of the best bartenders I have ever met! Definitely must come to this one in hole! Thank you so much for you kindness and your best service! If I come back I will definitely come back!

Good place at happy hour. It's not that good besides drinks, and the food is not at all impressive. The Rabbit Hole is a pretty small bar that's cool to hang out in, but with not much to eat you may not want to hang out for long. Has gotten rid of the best food. The prices are pretty good if it's only happy hour times. Came in and we sat at the bar. It's a small place but there was enough room. The crowds seem to be smaller, which may be kind of a warning. It was happy hour so there were a few things going on. There was well drinks for $5, so we got a few of these. Also it was $7 appetizers. Tater tots were one of these. It has gotten rid of some of the food. The food options were limited to begin with. Few vegetarian choices. That's funny for a rabbit themed bar and grill. Has some pretty okay drinks. It has a pretty limited food menu. The happy hour is when you need to get here for the good specials.

My friend and I walked in right around the time the bar opened, which I realize can be a factor with service. However, what happened during our visit isn't justified...The bartender knew nothing about the specials or what beers the establishment has on tap (he said, "they're all just beers"). He continued to be nonchalant with his "service" the whole time. We had to ask for: water, utensils, refills...he was checked out and sitting, looking at his phone, the entire time.Then, after we paid (the food was good, compliments only to the chef), a non-patron walked in harassing customers -- going table-to-table asking for money. Once he got to me and my friend, he got uncomfortably close and set papers down over our belongings. We asked repeatedly for him to leave us alone, with no help from the bartender. Finally, and after my friend and I were vocal enough to snap the bartender out of his haze, did your employee come over to say "Ok , that's enough." But my wallet was already swiped...I didn't realize the theft until I was down the block, getting a text alert from my bank. Not only was this visit unenjoyable and stressful, but because of your employee's lack of attentiveness -- unsafe.

Beyond impressed with Scott's passion, versatility, & work ethic. Rabbit Hole is lucky to have this guy running the show.

There was a guy on Halloween wearing a dinosaur costume with a red hood. I asked him for a napkin because the people at my table spilled. I work in the industry and he told me "you're so annoying" as I asked for a napkin. I'll come back... but I'll remeber the face Love you

Only giving it 2 stars because they used bulleit whisky. The waitress was friendly when we first got there but for some reason the bill was $28 for 2 drinks. When we asked for the details as to the price of cocktails, she told us there's no price for each . It was not a pleasant experience and this is the first and will be the last time we will visit here. :/

Definitely one of my favorite spots in the Old Town area. The atmosphere, food and service are all great! There's a bartender named Esmeralda I believe was her name and she was so sweet and attentive. I would recommend this spot to anyone in the area.

Very dive bar vibes. Sat at the bar and had an allagash white. It wasn't very crowded for a Friday night. There was a live DJ but I wasn't a fan of his transitions lol. Decent if u just wanna get a quick beer.

Went here to drink with my friends and that we did. I had some waters cause was pretty fricked up from earlier but their clown burger resuscitated me and told me to stop being a baby. I owe my life to this place and would recommend even to someone I hate

When we first arrived the bar was empty. I don't know why because the bartenders were the best! They were so friendly, welcoming, and quick to entertain our group with karaoke and amazing drinks! It's a must go to when your near Wrigley Field!
