The Pho

Aside from looking clean and nice, everything else was bad for us. There was a wait list to sign up and after we waited for 5 minutes, a server came out and asked "Who came first?". The patrons looked so confused and someone said "Er, why don't you look at the list?" 1st strike!Then when we sat down and placed an order, after punching in everything, the same guy asked us to actually repeat everything again. We happily did and asked to make sure the beansprouts are cooked. He brought a dish of raw sprouts immediately. Then we asked him to bring it back to cook it. 5 mins later the same dish reappeared miraculously in front or us. We gave up and decide to ask another server to do so for usThe pho finally came and boy, broth was so much that I thought I ordered some hot pot. And the first sip was a total disappointment. The browth lacks both the Pho smell and the umami taste. Never in my life I had to put so much fish sauce and other sauces to make it edible. And the bowl had some chips in there, making it dangerous for people who likes slurping the broth.And the coffee was overrated. The ice wasn't well blended

I recently visited the new Vietnamese Restaurant during their grand opening, and I was thoroughly impressed! Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was fast, polite, and accommodating.The restaurant itself has a beautiful, upscale aesthetic, yet the prices are very reasonable. The food was delicious and flavorful, especially the Pho beef ribs and crispy chicken wings.I highly recommend trying their unique Vietnamese coffee with a coconut twist - it's a must-try!Overall, it's a fantastic spot for delicious Vietnamese cuisine at a great price. Don't miss out on this new gem in town!

Great dive bar/pho combo. Loved it. I'll be back. Very nice people working there. Strong drinks and good food!

Food was the most authentic Vietnamese food I've had in a long time. Headed there before my flight back to Phoenix, The Pho did not disappoint. Will be back at my next visit.

Pretty good not gonna lie I will say I never met a really good establishment that really friendly. Great customer service and not bad pho. I would definitely recommend going here and going to definitely eat here again

Going there for lunch. Walk in at 1:45 and seated right away but left at 1:52 nobody every bring us menu or bring us water. There are only 6 tables at that time. So we left to go elsewhere not sure about the food quality but service is too slow at least bring us menu and water first. But nope

Try their cơm gà xối mỡ and it's really good, the way they do it is very similar to the way people in Vietnam cook.

This review is solely based on a comparison to other Pho restaurants in the surrounding area.Combination vermicelli bowl $17 comes with pork, chicken and egg roll. Tried the Pho tai with tripe. Really great broth! Not too salty had good flavors Combination Com Tam plate $20 (doesn't have an egg like the photo on the menu though!) But quality seems good.Ample parking and the restaurant is very clean. Restrooms are also nice and clean, which is rare at a lot of pho restaurants. Staff are also friendly. The chicken in the vermicelli bowl would be better if it was grilled. But that's basically my only complaint. Oh, and the lack of egg on the rice plate despite the photo showing an egg. Prices are comparable compared to other pho restaurants nowadays

Came here on a Sunday in the later afternoon when it wasn't so busy so we were seated right away. The aesthetic gave us very California vibes so the decor was nice and modern. Typical Vietnamese food items with the expected Pho of course, vermicelli bowls and rice dishes. We ordered a large Pho Dac Biet(Combo) and Com Dac Biet(Rice Combo). The special appetizer combo was also ordered but was forgotten. We later didn't mind this as the food itself we ordered was not to our liking and would rather not bother to ask for the appetizers.The food quality was rather lacking with minimal meat included. The meatballs had a funky taste to them and the raw steak was a bit thick rather than thinly sliced. This didn't allow the meat to cook when submerged into the broth. With the broth itself lacking in flavor other than the excessive sweetness. The rice dish was also quite disappointing, given a couple very thin pork chops strongly flavored with five spice which was interesting. For a combo dish we'd also expect to maybe have a fried egg included so the portion for price is a letdown. The service itself wasn't too bad but they were lacking in keeping condiments and even napkins stocked at the tables. Empty chili containers and I had to get napkins from another table. Even had to request for utensils to eat with our rice dish as it was brought out without any.Overall the quality of the ingredients are quite low. It would seem as though corners are cut for maximum profits and they aren't sourcing quality ingredients that would reflect the price that we pay. We did however get a surprise 30% discount so that was appreciated but I would not recommend going here as there are plenty other Vietnamese restaurants around the area with much better food. Could just be inexperience as this seems like a franchise they've opened for the Washington location of a California restaurant.

The Banh mi chao, shrimp spring rolls, and iced Vietnamese coffee are great!! The vibe of the restaurant is also very nice!
