The Pharmacy Burger

It's basically a mall burger.I watched my fully cooked burger patty be carried to the flat top and then squirted with maybe water?To heat it and make it juicy.Par/pre- cooking my burger was not cool.I would be happy to wait for a freshly grilled patty .The tomatoes and pickles were good and fresh, the sweet potato fries were tight, so 3 stars for that. I'd pass on this.

I hate to be so harsh, but if you have a good location somewhere else in town, I expect you to bring to the tourist trap, of Fifth and Broadway as well. It's burger, but it's $15, and $5 for fries. Fries were "okay". Some were hit, some were cold some were crispy, some were. 3.5 out of 5The burger.... I ordered the farm burger (I think) bacon, provolone, and what was supposed to be "crispy onion straws", and bbq.Bbq was SUPER watery/no flavor, and was not good. Burger, was honestly mediocre at best. Candidly, the meat was just chewy. The real rub, and normally not a big deal, was the "sautéed" onions. No flavor, were super firm/almost raw, and it was supposed to have crispy onion straws.The bun sucked, and borderline dry, so much so, I removed the bottom bun, and folded the patty/top bun, in half.Over all a complete miss

Pharmacy burger has been one of my favorite spots in Nashville over the last 3 years!! The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is spot on and the environment is homey. I love the chicken pesto burger and their Coca-Cola barbecue sauce! The tater tots are always a happy addition to any meal! They've got a great selection of beer, spirits, and ciders! The hidden gem of pharmacy burger is the massive beer garden style patio out back! It is a great spot to be in the spring, summer, or fall! They are also dog friendly back here! I could go on all day about how I've never had a bad experience here - whether I've dined in, gotten take out, or brought my dog to enjoy a drink!

Beef eaters rejoice I have found another incredible burger joint! Pharmacy burger has flavors above the rest and they don't go cheap on the meat or the toppings. I stumbled across pharmacy burger while strolling the food hall and eyeing other peoples plates; if you're familiar with this food hall you know there are cuisines from all over the world to choose from, so it's not easy to decide. After seeing quite a few great looking burgers I decided to indulge and ordered a giant burger with bacon and an egg along with tater tots. We also got a second burger of the same sort and sweet potato fries. The staff were new and still learning, and while friendly they seemed a bit confused and unsure of what they were doing. We ordered to go and they had to box it up at the end because they forgot (not a big deal). Pharmacy burger itself is one of the larger places and is clean and fresh looking. The hall has seating all over so you can eat and chill wherever your tummy desires. Our burgers were spectacular and huge! The flavors of the meat, toppings, and the bun were perfect, and the bacon was crispy and seasoned splendidly. Our fries and tots however were soggy as could be, it was as if they forgot to fry them which was a shame. Even though the tots and fries were awful the burgers made up for it and we would absolutely eat here again. You can't go wrong with a big hunk of meat and cheese between some buns, and pharmacy burger nailed it!

We stopped by the Assembly Food Hall with our family of 5 on a Thursday night because we wanted something quick and didn't want to wait for a table somewhere. This restaurant had kids meal options, which was one of our requirements. I ordered a cheeseburger with tater tots. The burger was really good - the perfect sized patty and the tater tots were PERFECTLY cooked. They had a crispness that I love in tots.My husband had the White Oak BBQ Burger and cole slaw. The burger was excellent, but the slaw lacked sauciness and just tasted like a bowl of cabbage.The kids had chicken tenders and a cheeseburger, which all got eaten, so I'll take that as a sign that it was tasty.All around good meal for something quick and we were able to get seating for 5 people very easy on a Thursday at 6:30pm.

Service was fine. Burger took a decent amount of time to come out. But the burger itself was lack luster. Way too thin for my liking. The bun choice was odd. Way too much bun for such thin patty. I ditched the top bun and just folded now open face burger in half and ate it that way. The fries were decently crispy but lacked seasoning. Expensive meal for meh food.

We had such a good burger our first day in town, we returned the following day with a couple of family members for lunch the second day! The order takers we encountered both days were friendly and proficient and got our orders correct. The burgers were good, toppings were fresh and sides were crispy and good. We had the sweet potato fries the first day and the tater tots on the return visit. You can order a fountain drink - soda or tea for $3.00 and all of the eateries share the huge drink station, so it's always busy. The second day it ran out if both sweet and unsweet teas and also ice! That's a disaster, but crisis averted when someone pretty quickly came to refill the ice.

The Assembly Food Hall Pharmacy just doesn't live up to the normal hype it receives. The meat is overcooked and everything is wildly overpriced. They're trying to serve customers fast instead of serving them what they want- ordered three burgers, two of them were messed up. The food is terrible in comparison to the other Pharmacy. Just a cash cow for the owners.

A great fast food option within a nice food hall. Fast food in the vein of something like Five Guys, meaning the fries are fresh cut and the patties a bit thicker and juicier. They have shakes, but I opted for the strawberry ginger ale, which was made with some real ginger pureé. To me, that was the unique, surprise star of the stop.
