Second time I order from here using Uber Eats and I'm not disappointed! This time I tried the Farfalle Al limón with chicken and a lasagna. Each came with a side salad that had a delicious dressing and some baguette slices. Both entres were delicious especially the lasagna , the portions are large and the price is decent ! Can't wait to try something else here ! I'm

A nice local spot with good food. I think the most simple things are often looked over. The Pasta Factory is an Italian restaurant on the Old Town Avondale strip and I am happy to say I'll be going back again. The food was very good. They started us off with a nice bruschetta which was so fresh and delicious. We ordered the trio which had chicken parm, lasagna and spaghetti. The chicken Parmesan was my personal favorite. My wife ordered the chicken carbonara and we wanted it very much. Finished the meal off with a five layer cake that my daughter loved. Note, they made my daughter's order specifically to what she requested and there were no issues, confusion, or difficulty. They were happy to do it and that alone was awesome.

A little disappointed after reading all the reviews about this place. The food was ok, but small portions. If you're paying over $20 for a meal and you see pictures in the reviews with the meals (chicken Marsala and chicken piccata) having 2 pieces of chicken and you get yours and it's one piece of chicken and a small serving of mashed potatoes in one and a small serving of broccoli in the other it's a little frustrating. The tiramisu was the highlight of the meal. The salads were mediocre, the lettuce a little old.

Been wanting to try this place out since a few weeks now and finally made time to visit with my boyfriend and son. Parking in area was pretty limited, it was around 7pm on a Friday. Was greeted upon arrival. Gave off a cute little Italian vibe, like as if I just walked into a cafe in Italy! Food was mediocre. We ordered the trio and steak Alfredo pasta. Trio dish was good, but tasted like a possibility of it being microwaved. The steak Alfredo was ok, meat didn't render my taste buds although the pasta was a nice translucent yellow creamy color. still a pleasant experience with the servers and everyone else who works here

I found this place charming and with excellent food. There are some small details that set this Italian restaurant apart. First, they bring warm bread together with a fresh bruschetta topping consisting of tomatoes, garlic, basil, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. It's excellent and it's rare that restaurants do this. They usually slip some room-temperature focaccia on the table with a glop of cheap olive oil and some balsamic. This was an unexpected and nice touch. A bonus is the bread was warm, fresh, and crusty. The food was unexpectedly good. I say that because the place is tiny and in a very old part of downtown Avondale. I expected 300 taco joints, but instead I found this gem of a restaurant. The chicken Parmesan was excellent. This is the litmus test for Italian restaurants. It showcases their marinara, their breading, their pasta; everything. This version was light and crispy and the sauce was beautiful. Pasta was perfectly cooked and was freshly made. Another bonus. The disappointing thing was the butternut ravioli which came highly recommended by the server. Now, food is subjective so my "yuk" is another person's "yum." I found this dish weirdly too suite, with a wild-cherry aftertaste. It was like eating pasta with sauce made from a jolly rancher with a side of red licorice. Not good. I didn't like it at all. There were four of us, and that was my least favorite dish. In fact, we all agreed. We didn't send it back because it was well made, we just didn't like it. Everything else was fantastic no asta with sausage, some beautiful salads, excellent meatballs. It was all really good. I'd have a great time eating through this menu on future visits. The place is cozy up front, with a small area of tables with white linen tablecloths (nice touch). That opens to a cavernous back room which must have been a garage in a previous incarnation. It's big and family style and has lots of seating. On a date, I'd opt for the front room for its more romantic vibe. Overall a great find. A cozy little pasta place with some gems on the menu and a nice vibe. Give it a try when you're in the west valley and have had just about enough tacos to last you :)

My mom order the chicken and shrimp scampi and I ordered the trio. While she seemed to enjoy her food, I did not.My lasagna had a sour flavor, so I spit it out and threw the rest away.I think the chicken parmigiana was okay, but the spaghetti and meatballs were overwhelmed by spicy and garlic seasoning. It was revolting.I'm amazed that this restaurant has such glowing reviews, because it isn't good food.If you want pasta, I recommend just going to Olive Garden.

Located South of I-10 out West of State Farm stadium but near alot of the baseball fields. Some street parking but no lot for the restaurant.A little on the smaller side but good customer service.Decent size meals but slightly above average prices for Italian. You can see the prices on the menu. All the food tasted very good and adequate amounts. Pretty standard and good variety of options for a nice Italian restaurant.
