The Parlor

Wow this place was excellent! We went on a Friday night and found a seat at the bar right away. The bartender was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. This pizza was fantastic. Perfect crust that wasn't too thin or soggy given the amount of toppings. The Florentine pizza was delicious- we added sausage. The Collin's cocktail was also very good. It was a spicy cantaloupe syrup, vodka and tequila with other ingredients- quite refreshing. Overall would recommend this place.

We ordered random appetizers ans entrees and liked it. Since there were lots odd options, we decided to share among ourselves. The Tiramisu dessert in the end was very good.I also tried a Gold something cocktail but didn't like the taste of it, probably I am not a Gin fan anymore. The traditional Old Fashioned was good.Overall good experience except for the part that we called a day in advance and 30-40 minutes ahead of time the dinner day and was told no wait time, when we reached, they said 30-45 minutes but got the table in 25-30 I believe. So, I would plan it accordingly next time.

Starting with the food, I think everything at The Parlor is absolutely delicious. The olives are served warm with a hint of orange zest and oil, so good. I usually get the vegan pizza that has a homemade ricotta and I always get an extra side of the ricotta because it is to die for. My partner usually sticks to The Funghi pizza which is covered in mushrooms. This place has come a long way with vegan options compared to the first time I came and it's now one of my favorite restaurants. I love the ambiance, the friendly staff, the bar area, and the food. This is a go to date night spot for me. It's not too fancy to where you need to dress up but it does feel a little more trendy and upscale than just a regular pizza place.

Stopped in for lunch with a girlfriend. Cute atmosphere, with friendly & prompt service. My friend ordered the Grinder sandwich and I ordered the small Roma pizza. The portion size of the pizza was perfect for 1-2 people for the price point ($15), but you can also get a large for $22 if sharing with more than 2 people. So many of their pizzas sounded amazing so it was hard to choose! I will be back to try others.

Modern decor and delicious eats The modern decor, with its stylish and cozy vibe, really stood out. The place had a mix of mid-century and contemporary touches that made the ambiance very inviting.We started with the olives and a vegan pizza which were absolutely amazing. The use fresh ingredients and everything was perfectly cooked. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff that made us feel right at home.

Nice environment, would probably make a decent photo spot. Got the large for both the pizza and pasta to share with one other person. Probably could've done with one large and one with small as we ended up having leftovers. Both pizza and pasta were decent. Pasta needed more sauce. I feel like there were too many naked strands :(. No complaints about pizza, really liked it.

This place is a low key vibe with great drinks, decent happy hour and wonderful ambiance! I wish they offered a gluten-free pizza crust because their gluten-free pasta is phenomenal! Bar tenders are always nice and helpful as well. Definitely recommend dining at the bar sometime. Feels cozy.

This place has a great atmosphere! It used to be a beauty parlor (see the hair dryer chair in the women's bathroom), but has been transformed into a stylish bar and restaurant. You get an order sheet and check mark the items you want on your pizza, which is great to get exactly what you want. I chose feta cheese--who knew it would be so good on a pizza!?!? We ordered 3 pizzas for four people and ended up taking some home. We didn't have a reservation and had to wait a long time. I highly suggest a reservation, especially on the weekend.

This is one of our family's favorite pizza places in Phoenix! We have been coming here for years now and almost always get the same thing. The Parlor insalda is our favorite thing to start with. Then we always get a spicy BBQ Chicken pizza and if we are there during the summer, we get the corn pizza (they might have it all year round now?). During dinner hours you will often have to wait to be seated, but there is a nice outside waiting area with misters. There is valet parking that we have never used. We usually flow into the parking lot next door. Service is always super good and we love the ambiance of this place! The style is super cool, supposedly it used to be a hair parlor, i.e., "The Parlor."
