The Palm - Nashville

Excellent experience at thePalm restaurant. Kudos to Josh our server and expert professional with over 24 years experience who was delightful and engaging, made great recommendations and excellent service. My husband and I both had seafood appetizers, I had the sea bass specials and everything was perfectly prepared. The meal was nicely paced. The drinks were generous and delicious and overall we could not have asked for better experience on a Saturday night in Nashville, Tennessee. Highly recommend.

Sat down at 7pm, it's now 9pm and we haven't gotten our food.People that came AFTER us got their food yet we are still waiting.First it was a big event so they were super busyThen it was the printer didn't print the ticketHorrible service and they weren't even apologetic about the matter.They are an acting as if we are in the wrong!The manager has a nasty attitude!

I have been to The Palm I and II in NYC numerous times. The one in Nashville did not have lobsters on the menu. Maybe because we are so inland. Therefore I did not go here. Is there a reason why you don't have fresh lobster other than the obvious. I know the steaks are superior down here but I think of lobster when I think of The Palm.

The Palm is a relatively iconic semi-quasi chain restaurant- reliable and consistent no matter where you go. My team and I hosted a work dinner post conference. The Palm was flexible with our reservation and very accommodating- Karen, who I called Kind Karen, was so hospitable from start to finish! Thank you Karen for being so gracious! Our server, Jacob, was patient and prompt with service. He went above and beyond to accommodate our request and provide a superb dining experience. Thank you team for a great night!

I booked this place to take advantage of my Landry's birthday reward. I saw the prices ahead of time, so I knew it was expensive, but I wanted to see if it was really worth it. My food tasted really good, but idk if it was really worth the price. We were offered bread while we waited for our food and the server never brought it out. He also didn't mention that the water wasn't free. He brought an opened bottle of Aquapanna, but how do we know it wasn't filled with tap water? We will never know.I ordered the Sicilian Salmon with creamed spinach (all sides are a la carte and family style serving). I was full, but my husband wanted dessert. We both weren't interested in anything on the dessert menu, but the server mentioned the off-menu Creme brûlée and we were sold! It was good, but it took extra long to come out and we could tell it was just pulled out of the refrigerator and torched, so we weren't sure why it took so long.We could say that we've "been there, done that", but I wouldn't go back unless they dropped the prices.

We had an excellent time dining at the palm. The service here was absolutely amazing and the food here was excellent!I ordered the filet with garlic mashed potatoes and left extremely satisfied. Our cocktails were delicious as well. If you're looking for a good steakhouse definitely check out the palm!

Our visit on 2/15 was excellent. The staff knew it was a special occasion and went out of their way to serve us. There was a small glitch with the order but their remedy was outstanding. Thanks Alex!We shared a dry aged strip steak and would definitely visit the Palm again.

The Palm is a fine dining steakhouse chain, with a traditional steakhouse interior. The food is very good, though some of the Calamari was slightly overcooked, the Scallops were excellent, as was the Crab Cakes. The wine list is extensive, if lacking whites, but now includes screwtops (a Chardonnay, a Sauvignon Blanc and a red). The service is inconsistent. The manager, Lisa, stepped in to help, when I got stuck in a 30 minute queue for valet. Table service was different for us, we were not asked to taste the wine before the pour, and crumbs were not swept.

I saw you while driving around downtown Nashville this morning and got excited to show my son why we ate at the one in Dallas 2-3 times a week before it closed. We were dressed in t-shirts, and he had on workout shorts so I wasn't sure we would be allowed in and was hoping to at least be able to sit in the bar area. The hostess was awesome and welcoming. She sat us in the main dining room!! Brian was our server and was great. I knew exactly what we wanted... caesar salad, meatball appetizer and jumbo shrimp cocktail. We were so full we bailed on getting a piece of cake. Thank you The Palm Nashville for a great experience. We are here all week for a baseball tournament and will be back (and properly dressed-LOL) for a more traditional meal.

Nice environment. Took us a while to be seated but our waitress was very kind. I didn't like the lasagna. The sauce was too sweet. The bread was really good and I also enjoyed my drink and salad.
