The Palette

Wow! I tried The Pallete for the first time last night, and their cookies are delicious! The Red Royal Crimson and the smoked cookie were my favorites. I was amazed as I watched them blow torch the cookies and wished I had tried it. The cookies are soft, beautiful, and warm.

Ordering the cookies was very smooth online. I received a text shortly before picking up the cookies that they were coming out of the oven and would be ready for my pickup time.These cookies are the best cookies I've had in San Diego. The flavors are unique and well balanced.I brought them to Thanksgiving and everyone was very happy after trying them.

I had the opportunity to try these cookies and wow what an experience. Very cravable and definitely can't just stop at one. The texture is something else and the flavors are so unique. I haven't had a chance to actually check out the store but I will be by to buy some!

I met the proprietor of this business venture and his son while stuffing my face at Tacotopia 2022. I can say firsthand that these are beyond cookies, they are something more. They are an adventure for the tastebuds. With ingredients so fancy they will raise your eyebrows and leave you saying "they put that in a cookie?". Yes, the rumors are true, these may be the best cookies in San Diego. Move over donuts, cookies are making their way into the spotlight!

Absolutely LOVE these cookies. I love how unique each flavor is. Personally, my favorite is the crimson (the red velvet) and the classic chocolate chip! The Pearl and Frenchie are also pretty amazing! I'm a self-proclaimed cookie connoisseur, and other cookie chains and companies don't compare. I can't wait to see what else Toure comes up with since his flavor combinations are genius!

I absolutely love every flavor they have released! But my ultimate favorite is THE EUROPEAN! When you bite into it, the outer layer is cookie texture. But as you chew on it.. it has that brownie chewy gooey texture with a subtle note of the truffle salt that was a surprising combo that i never knew i needed in my life!!!! my next Favorite is THE ROYAL CRIMSON! its like the red velvet of cookies. With a surprise zesty cream cheese filling! They r so decadent and luxurious ! Great for fancy gifting!

These cookies are absolutely the best!I would highly recommend these delicious cookies for any special occasion or event! They are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, parties, weddings, and business or corporate events. They would also make a perfect "thank you" gift!Toure, the company owner recently provided the very best customer service I have ever experienced for an on line gift order!He customized both the order and the delivery for my daughter's 21st Birthday :)The delicious freshly baked cookies, we're delivered directly from the company on a customized date and time, with a special card attached :)A special gift that she will always remember!

These cookies look and taste phenomenal with the right sweet and salty ratio and texture!!! Great customer service from Executive Pastry Chef Toure Brady! I got the notification with time to pick up my cookies and it was ready on time. I ordered two half dozen cookies to gift my bosses and they both loved them!! My current favorite is Lady Violet, which is made with ube jam, coconut, Japanese red bean puree and chocolate gold dust so delicious and chewy! I will be ordering more soon.

I'm a cookie lover and have been looking for a solid cookie spot since I've moved back to San Diego. I've tried Crumbl, Uncle Biff's, The Cravory, etc, which all provide great cookies but didn't satisfy my palette. This place is no Brick or Mortar, but appears to be a cookie chef that bakes from his home. When picking up my order I did question the product, but once I bit into one of the cookies it was soft, warm, and delicious. You can tell that he uses quality ingredients. After indulging in The Chef's Choice, I knew my search for a solid cookie spot was over. I will definitely be ordering from here again.My favorites from The Chef's Choice was El Jefe, Deluxe PB, Lady Violet, The Classic, and Royal Crimson. I highly recommend trying The Palette.

Tried going to this place and it's non existent in person...lead me to apartments. It's very confusing...
