We stopped in for brunch. Overall the food was decent and lots of seating inside and out. My wife's breakfast potatoes were a little cold when we got them but seasoned well. The birria omelet was also good if you like to add sauce and things to your food otherwise would be a little bland. The cheese in the middle is delicious though. The kids cheese pizza has marina sauce on the sour side with the pizza being more bread forward. They do like their spice for the dishes with peppers so if you like spicy you should enjoy those. Overall the restaurant has a lot of potential, great/personable service, and we will stop back in to try some additional dishes in the future. The price was also very reasonable compared to other restaurants. This is also a good place for kids during the day with the noise level and multiple TVs so you won't feel bad if you have a slightly louder/energetic kid (like us) or give them a phone or tablet to watch while you eat.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at The New Local, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Unlike its predecessor, which I heard was notorious for bar fights and an uninspiring menu, The New Local has transformed into a neighborhood gem. The Bloody Mary was perfectly spiced, and the Chicken Nachos were a generous portion, easily feeding four. The Beer Pretzels were plentiful and delicious. The Chicken and Steak Fajitas were cooked to perfection. Our server, Jhovana, provided great service, making the experience even better. The New Local is a great addition to the neighborhood, offering a welcoming atmosphere and a tasty menu. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a local restaurant with Mexican karaoke, with sound Acoustics of a 55 gallon drum, then this is your place. I ordered the three-piece Cod, tasted like chicken. Not sure if they don't have air conditioning, but it was extremely hot, servers were very nice. I think it could be a nice restaurant, just needs some refinement.

My wife had the Carne Asada she said it was one of the best she has had. I had the chicken and waffles with a spicy chef sauce that was really nice. I destroyed it before thinking of taking a picture of it Oops

We showed up on a Sunday afternoon looking for a place we could sit at the bar, have a craft beer or two, and eat something tasty. This place hit on all cylinders. The restaurant interior looks like it's been recently renovated, and the staff is very friendly. If sitting at the bar isn't your thing, no worries--lots of seating. Would (and will) go again! We went again last Saturday and the food was just out of this world. Amazing.

We love going out for breakfast so any place that is open at the hour needs to be tried. This is a really large place and we asked the server if they were busier in the evening since we were only one of two booths occupied. He said yes, they have karaoke on some nights and it gets very crowded.Lots of things that have a Mexican flavor which is sort of fun. Nice extensive menu for both breakfast and dinner/lunch. My husband had biscuits and gravy which he said tasted good but not enough sausage. Came with both eggs and potatoes so plenty. I had Chilaquilies Verde which were totally delicious. A large pile of fresh corn chips with a yummy green chile sauce and eggs on top. There was also a side of refried beans. The spice level was perfect for breakfast and I brought home a bunch of chips to heat up and have later. I did have a choice of red or green sauce. we will for sure go back and try lunch.

I knew this could be a hit or miss given the past as the Clubhouse, but OMG THIS PLACE IS DEF A HIT!! Both Mexican and American food, so lots of choices. The inside had a makeover, the floors and tables were super clean!! And it's a HUGE open space. Families are welcome in the restaurant area and the bar had boxing on the big screen. We asked the server, Jovanna, for her favorites and decided on the pretzel sticks and beer cheese, a regular cheeseburger with onion rings, the CHORIZO BURGER WITH GARLIC FRIES, and it was alllllll super tasty!! The pretzel sticks were perfectly cooked and the cheese had great flavor...def shareable size for more than just the 2 of us. Both burgers were great but the garlic fries...best ones I've had. It was so good we forgot to get pics of the food bc it was so good lol. This is for sure our new go to and we can't wait to try the brunch!!

Beautiful, clean, family friendly place with outstanding food and friendly service. The New Local Restaurant really is new, inside and in the kitchen. Gone is the for-locals-only sports bar, and in its place is a completely new, spotlessly clean restaurant. Try the Umami burger and ask for it with some pink. (You can thank me later.) You can order breakfast until 1:00 and if you do, get the Huevos con Chorizo. Or the Mex Benedict --- the asiago cream sauce is so good, I'll never be happy with hollandaise again. Everything I've had was made in their kitchen, not prepackaged and reheated, and the chef is a genius. Even the crispy potatoes that get piled on the side of your plate are perfect: crisp and brown on the outside, tender on the inside, just enough salt and not a hint of oil. Can you tell how much I love this food? Very reasonable prices, generous portions, lots of seating, welcoming staff --- what are you waiting for?
