My coworkers and I went to The Nashville Grange for a breakfast meeting. Great location for a meeting. It's very open, great service and not very noisy. I ordered the salmon scramble and it was delicious. The menu was a bit small, so many people enjoyed the TNG breakfast which is the standard eggs, potatoes, & meat breakfast. I will definitely dine here again and recommend to others.

It's been a couple of years since I've stayed at this hotel and there was one item that I enjoyed at this restaurant so, I came back in hopes to see if they still served the southern fried chicken biscuit sandwich. The restaurant still looked the same. Nice and bright and clean.I was sat at a table after I was greeted and I looked through the menu. The waiter came out shortly and I shared with him about how much I liked this sandwich that was on the menu before. He offered to ask the chef if they can make it for me, very nice of him to do so.After a moment, the waiter came back and said the chef can make it for me and I was excited with anticipation. After awhile, my sandwich came out and I was ready to dig in.Sadly, it was over cooked, dry, and the breading wasn't very flavorful. If I was the chef, I would be embarrassed trying to serve this. The fingerling potatoes were ok. Meh.I guess I won't be coming back here again.I ended up not finishing my meal and went elsewhere to find a decent lunch. It's a nice place so if you come here, hopefully your experience will be a good one like it was for me when I ate here the first time.Njoy!

What a lovely spot for lunch located in the Grand Hyatt. All of the windows made it bright and airy. Our waiter was wonderful - very fast, and polite dealing with a table of 7 women. We started with the deviled eggs which were a great first bite. They had a touch of acidity and were very good. We each ordered something different and I would say the star was the chicken sandwich. I had the avocado toast which was good but I would order something different next time. I do wish the menu was a little larger and had more variety. Can't wait to come back!!!

Santu & Afaf were so patient, accommodating, friendly and hospitable!!!!!! Afaf made sure my husband received his order in 2 minutes (he was rushing to a meeting) and Santu went out of his way to accomodate me (I'm vegan) with my restrictions. Not only that, but they knew exactly when to refill the coffee/ provide take out containers, etc. Their attitude was amazing and I am so impressed by their customer service. Additionally, Jenii the hostess was super sweet and friendly and made us feel right at home . I am not easy to impress and I have to say I was blown away by the service. I hope that Santu and Alaf are recognized for their work and that they have the opportunity to train others to be as on point as they are!!!

Did you ever have an old package of chicken hanging out in the back of your fridge and when you reach for it, you notice that rancid, nasty smell permeates the air ??I didn't expect to get "that" experience when ordering the Chopped Romaine salad with a a chicken add on at the Grange located in the beautiful Grand Hyatt hotel. This piece of chicken is well past its prime; one bite rancid bite was all I could manage. I can't be 100% sure that it's not the spice in it, but because of my waiters lack of attention I didn't have a chance to ask. Just very disappointing after reading all the other reviews. View also sucks because of all the construction going on, unless you're into that sort of thing.

I love this restaurant!!! I ordered an amazing Local Lettuces salad with delicious grilled chicken!! It was so tasty, flavorful and fresh. The vinaigrette was also nice and light. The bartender Zack was extremely kind and displayed excellence in service. He also gave me a delish beer called The Rose by Black Abbey. I absolutely loved every morsel of my dish. I would love to come back!!!

This is truly a hidden gem in the Grand Hyatt by the Frist. Even course that we had was sublime and I can fully state, with no reservations, that the chef here can battle it out with some of the Michelin Bib Gourmands and 1 stars in NYC. The ambiance is absolutely lovely and the entire space is airy and light. Even the house Merlot was fantastic.I don't believe that you can go wrong with any of the options BUT I would highly recommend the shrimp & grits, and roast pork shank. The pork shank is fall-off-the-bones tender and literally melts in your mouth - the accompanying polenta provides the perfect creamy complement that soaks up every last drop of jus. Start off with the market vegetable salad which is topped with toasted parmesan and accented with a creamy yet light dressing. If you have room, definitely get the herb fries which are perfectly crispy and seasoned. For dessert, we tried the bread pudding which was creamy, decadent, and perfectly comforting - as a properly composed bread pudding should be. This also had a hint of spice and was accented by raisins on the side. If you are in Nashville, make the trek here. Trust me.

A hotel restaurant, so no real need to go out of your way to visit if staying elsewhere in Nashville. Service was warm and professional, for a lunchtime meal and room service (the only option once 10:31p hits). Biggest critique is the limited menu, or at the very least too few options that looked great for me. I had the vegetable soup (not bad, but not super flavorful either), the salted butter toasted bread (no salt when brought via room service tho), and mac and cheese with fries. All were just fine, but plain. The pea dip and veggies, sort of a hummus alternative, looked interesting enough to try but was ultimately not very good, with a grainy texture and lacking flavor profile.

Mariam's avocado toast is a culinary delight that never fails to impress. The presentation is consistently stunning, showcasing perfectly ripe avocados artfully spread on golden, toasted bread. Each bite is a harmonious blend of creamy avocado and crunchy toast, creating a symphony of flavors that keeps me coming back for more. Mariam's attention to detail and commitment to quality make this avocado toast a true masterpiece, a feast for both the eyes and the palate! Highly recommended!
