Came on vacation with the family and were looking for a quick breakfast spot before we went to the wild animal park. We were surprised just how good everything was, and the service was on point. Prices are not what you'd expect for the quality. Can't say enough good things, so I'll end it here. Highly recommend!

Nice local breakfast / lunch place. We came in on 4th of July, it was not very busy which is fine. You could tell this is a locals place based on the diners. The food is always well prepared. I had a club sandwich on rye, which was very good. It was nice to have tbe rye option as caraway gives it an extra crunch. The fries were hot and crispy. My husband loves omelet, he had the amigo. Which he liked very much, in addition to browns he got the pancake I stead of bread. It looked light and tasty. Our server was very good, the spot we sat in was warm, so he turned down the air then offered us a cooler booth. Dud not catch his name but he was very attentive. The owner, Liz, is always there to provide backup help. Five years ago this place was on Restaurant Impossible, I can't help but think about that everytime I am there ( I was an extra that day smile ); If in RB a great place for a bite.

This cafe has completely redeemed itself! The first time I visited, the service was incredibly slow and the amount of time we had to wait for food was almost an hour. This time we came for breakfast the day after Christmas. Of course there was barely anyone there so the service was quick and we got our food in a reasonable amount of time.I love kimchi so I was very intrigued by the kimchi fried rice omelette--it was amazing! The perfect savory breakfast item with a nice kick. The hash browns also get a 10/10, they were perfectly crisp on the outside and still nice and hot and fully cooked on the inside. Will definitely be dining here again, there are so many delicious sounding items on the menu, so I'd love to try more of them.

Patio DOG FRIENDLY so plus for us as we had our pooch.Friendly staff and great service every single time. And you get served quickly every single time.My wife likes their peach bellini and got one. I like their standard one so got that. This time I ordered lunch for the 1st time here and really liked their California Club Sandwich. Fresh, tasty & good cole slaw.My wife never tried their Croissant Scramble and did. Didn't realize it'd be an open face sandwich but she loved it. Full of great flavors between the scrambled eggs, diced tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms, spinach, hollandaise sauce. Got a bite and it really is good. Came with hashbrowns too.Say this everytime, but when we leave after eating here, we don't feel greased out like many b-fast places. You feel you ate healthy food that tasted great.

Excellent little cafe for our breakfast or lunch needs!PROs: Fantastic choices on the menu. We had the special which was an asparagus omelet and the Korean beef burrito. Both were awesome! Pictures are in the review. The OJ and Coffee were also good. Our waitress was very attentive, knowledgeable with her recommendations, and courteous. We don't live in the area but we will come back if in the area. Also the vibes and music were relaxing with a TON of inside/outside seating options. CONs: None

Love this comfortable cafe for breakfast whenever we visit San Diego. The service is always top-notch with the waiter/waitress paying careful attention to my food sensitivities. If you love avocado toast with egg and fresh tomato, this is your go-to. In a word, this cafe is Incredible!

I've driven by the Incredible Cafe so many times when I go to Baron's and never thought to go in. It doesn't look like much from the outside. One of my co-worker highly recommended this place, so I decided to give it a try when a friend came to visit from out of town. I was very pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked in. The ambience inside was bright and inviting. There was a little bit of a wait. So I used the time to peruse the menu. They have the usual breakfast items, eggs with proteins, pancakes, french toasts, etc. But in addition, there were some interesting Korean twists to the menu such as kimchi burrito, bulgogi benny, etc. We ordered the country fried steak and corn beef hash. Both were delicious! The eggs were moist and creamy. The country fried steak was tender and oh so satisfying. The english muffin that came with the breakfast was generously buttered and toasted to perfection. Overall a fantastic meal at a decent price. My only complaint was that there was a $3 upcharge to substitute fruits for hash brown. Otherwise it would have been the perfect breakfast. I'm thrilled to have found such a hidden gem in RB, where good food is scarce. I look forward to coming back to try their Korean fusion dishes.
