The Hungry Herbivore

The Hungry Herbivore is a fantastic vegan food truck parked in Kirkland. The vegan burgers are quite yummy, and I don't mind the gourmet price tag because I know I'm supporting a small business that's making thoughtfully curated vegan comfort food.One thing to note is that the truck closes early, so I'd suggest checking the hours before you arrive. Overall, it's a great spot for delicious vegan eats!

They happen to be nearby where I live. I was lucky to have tried their rasberry scone. It tastes like a homemade soft scone. I will definitely go out of my way to try other food on the menu!

Finally had the opportunity to try this vegan food truck. I must say it's AMAZING. I will be back again to try other items. Burgers and patty melts made with impossible meat, which I prefer. Service was fast and friendly. It's a food truck located in a parking lot. So there was a few parking spaces but not hard to get in or out of. Highly recommend for tasty quick vegan eats. Btw the Basil aioli fries are insanely good. That is if you like basil. I will definitely be back to try other items. Also, they do fresh cut fries which is my fave but so hard to find.

Love having a plant-based food truck! Food is delicious and lots of flavor, plus a great variety of breakfast + lunch items. Service is really friendly and fast. Cute itself is so cute I got The Big Yum (shoutout to the housemate maple butter!) and the Herbivore fries-both super yummy and filling. Will definitely be visiting again

A must visit for plant based eaters and ALL eaters alike. So good. I got the bagel egg and cheese. Lots of flavors in one sandwich. I ordered food for pick up and was surprised finding out it's a food truck! Very cute.

We checked out the Hungry Herbivore the Saturday after they opened and it was delicious! The Big Yum breakfast sandwich was so satisfying. I can't wait to come back and try their lunch options.

This place was pretty fantastic for a Vegan food truck. I've lived by this food truck for a while, and always drove by never to stop so I finally gave it a try. We don't have many Vegan food options on the East side, so having a Vegan food truck is great. They are only open a couple days a week, also only during lunch hours. We came by at noon and we were the only ones there. The worker was pretty kind, very patient while we looked at the menu. The prices were very decent given it being Vegan food which tends to be pricey. They also use lot's of local ingredients, like Blazing bagels, or Macarina's bakery's pastries. Once we placed our order, the food was ready within 5 minutes. For the food it was all decent, nothing exceptional but insanely good for Vegan food. Given that overall I'd definitely recommend this food truck especially if your Vegan!

Amazing vegan "junk" food! We got the Patty melt, Cheddar burger, Carrot lox, Onion straws.The patty melt was my personal favorite! The bread was grilled to perfection, with a hefty helping of grilled onions, sauce, and a thin patty.My family loved the burger the most. Just a classic vegan cheeseburger, that tasted a bit healthier because of the bun.The carrot was something I really wanted to try, but I probably wouldn't get it again. If you're craving it, it's a very good size with lots of flavor.The box of onion straws was massive and so amazingly thin and crispy.The service was wonderful as well. The person who took our order was the cousin of the person who owns the truck. It was efficient, and she was very kind. Absolutely check it out if you're in the Redmond or Kirkland area! There's also a good amount of parking there.
