The Hop Garden

A nice place to hang out with friends. We were a group of 6 and went there on a Wednesday evening and kind of had the whole place for us, but that was short lived as more people started to come in. The food came quickly and we didn't had to wait for long. The waitress was smiling and very efficient even she was the only one around. Outdoor was nice and big area. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great food, drinks and atmosphere. Service is really good, as well. Added bonus is the covered patio, outside. They also have heaters for outside. 26 really good beer taps. LOVE the food.

We came in on a Saturday afternoon as a party of 6 when they opened. We got to sit in the shade and enjoy some afternoon snacks. I had a beer, the E9 Venus Loon. It is not too sweet and is more sour for a gose. The waiter's recommendation was well worth it! We enjoyed: House chips and guacamole-who doesn't love chips and guac? We wanted more guacamole for our party of six though. :( But the chips were pita style and very flavorful and crunchy. Fried pickles: these came with a side of ranch, and they were so crispy and good. Perfect with a beer (and cocktails!). Caesar Salad Plain-This was nice and refreshing to round out the appetizers. They have big chunks of shaved Parmesan in the salad. Their dressing was fantastic!Reuben-I only had three bites of my friends sandwich, but the beef was perfect and melted in my mouth. The bread it came on was crispy as well. Our visit was short and sweet, but we really enjoyed the selection of menu items and the service. Their outdoor seating was a nice break from our week and perfect for catching up.

Awesome little local spot with good bar food and an extensive draft list. For "bar food", they nail it. Everything is fresh and it's good quality. Most everything, if not everything, is made from scratch. It's definitely one of our go to spots.

Free standing restaurant with free parking in their lot. Great beer selections. I has a Stoup IPA as suggested by the server since I had asked her for an IPA that wasn't super "hoppy". It tasted really good! Food: we ordered Mozzarella sticks. They served it with 6 very generous in size pieces! It was crispy, tasty and the mozzarella was thick. Definitely worth the $11 and perfect for sharing Covid: the seating was spaced out so it felt very safe to be dining inside

We really enjoyed the food. We were there pre-COVID, arriving to a busy restaurant. The dining area isn't huge, and it does feel cozy. The wait staff was attentive. We ordered a pretzel appetizer. I loved the mustard that accompanied it. I'm a sucker for mustard. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken salad. The lettuce was fresh, crisp and NOT iceberg. Always a plus. The chicken was saucy and cooked well. Hubs had the Cuban special. Highly recommend that, based upon the bites I was able to snag. I'd go back specifically for that - it was delish!!

Love this place! Friendly, efficient staff and great food. Been going here since it was known as Dog & Pony!

Our waitress was amazing! She was really attentive and sweet. They have a good sized parking lot and clean restrooms. We enjoyed the food we ordered. The fried pickle chips were perfectly crunchy and was nicely drained of its oil after cooking. It's not oily and perfectly coated in its batter. Fish and chips were decent. The coleslaw was disappointingly bland. Main flavor is the bitterness of the cabbage, no pepper or pop of any acidic flavor. The 1lb of spicy honey garlic wings comes with 6 pieces, blue cheese dip, carrots and celery. The sauce on it was amazing but not as spicy as advertised. The thin coating provided a great crunch and the wings were meaty and juicy.

Great ambiance, quiet patio to sit and chit chat. Inside was loud with music and a lively crowd if you'd prefer. Nice that both are options. We ordered the rhubarb cider, steak wasabi salad, mushroom Swiss burger, tots and sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious and would re order in the future! Service was great too - checked on us throughout but also gave us space seeing that we were catching up. Only complaint is that we saw a mouse running around the outskirts of the patio area but luckily not super close to table. Definitely made us jump though as we noticed it two or three times throughout our meal. Regardless, we'll be back!

Service is fantastic, thanks Kristi. Root beer is awesome. However, they took the jalapeño poppers off the menu. The coconut prawns are gone too. I used to go there for both. Major disappointment
