This is the last time I'm coming to eat here. It all started when I was waiting to place my order. The place was empty and took them a while to approach me and take my order. After I got my food I asked for an extra ranch and teriyaki sauce and they are charging me extra, been coming to the habit for several years and this is the first time. This place has became over price and they still want to charge you extra for bbq sauce, ranch and teriyaki sauce. Talk about ripping people off. I asked the worker if I can get an extra plate and walked away. This place is hot inside as well, could not have a nice cool dinner at this place. See you later habit, lost a customer with your over priced food.

It's disheartening to visit this location and encounter several issues. Firstly, a chair and a caution wet floor sign were blocking the drive-thru, making that option unavailable. Additionally, three laughing girls emerged from the walk-in without any regard for customer service. Ordering from a kiosk felt impersonal as there was absolutely no greeting. Most of the tables were dirty, fry's on the floor, and it wasn't like the place was busy. The place seemed to be run by a crew of five teenagers who didn't manage the operation well. Thankfully, this isn't my usual "Habit" of choice.

we're usually regulars here but today when we came in, we waited for ten minutes not one person has come to take our order so my partner and i then go the self serving kiosk as workers glanced at us expecting us to use them. being the only ones dining in, we waited for awhile. we saw food sitting there for 5-8mins and when we walked up they just said "enjoy" what a terrible experience and service was even worse. all the tables were dirty and the workers are goofing off.

Habit Burger is the best fast food burger that I have had in North Phoenix. I prefer my own grilled burgers or a good pub burger. Habit surprisingly has the freshest flavor. The burger is not overpowered by the charcoal. The meat is also juicy. The veggies on the burger are fresh and crisp. They don't taste like they came from a bag that has sat too long. Also the fries and onion rings are craveable! I love a good crisp fried onion ring or French fry. The mushroom burger is also tasty. Just be prepared not to lay this one down and have plenty of Napkins. I look forward to trying other items on the menu.

You order on a screen and they text you when its done! So no guessing if they called your order out! Little people interaction tho, but personally i didnt mind it too much! Although we almost missed out on over half the menu because we didnt realize we had to scroll to the right for more! Also picky eating kids approved! They never eat anything and they demolished it!

Came here for an early dinner - the food was good although the service not so much. I had a coupon for a free burger to use but ended up paying for my meal through the kiosk because nobody was acknowledging me at the front counter. I also ended up grabbing my own drink cup because again, nobody was acknowledging me. The lobby was a mess, every table needed to be wiped down and the floors looked like they hadn't been swept all day. There was also no "welcome in" or "have a great day" either. Most likely won't return to this location.

This location is in desperate need of quality control. Shame on me for continuing to go here, but I was hoping it was just a few bad days and it would get better. Nearly every time I go now, I am seeing the same issue. I get the grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken is getting smaller and smaller to the point it is basically a chicken strip on each half of the sandwich. When the bacon is bigger than the piece of chicken, there's an issue.

Very rude staff member named Eileen rolled her eyes and kept giving excuses why my salad have been sitting there for quite a while and why the hamburgers orders that came in after mine needs to be made first because they're quicker and I don't want raw chicken do I she said, even though I watch after waiting 15 minutes before they put some chicken on the grill and they made it into my salad. Overall, she was just damn rude and I won't go back to that location And I tell everyone I know how horrible she is and her manager must allow that behavior. I put in a review with my receipt, but no one's followed up so I'm not surprised judging by the staff member Eileen they hired . Especially for a $13 salad that's got maybe 2 ounces of meat and a sprinkle of cheese. Very disappointing. I could deal with not so grateful but not bad customer service.
