So happy there is a location in chula vista! Place is nice snd open with seating inside and outside. Service was quick, nothing over the top but definitely good service.The food was aMAzING! I got the French onion char with half onion ring and regular fries & omg best decision of the day. The burgers hit the spot and the fries were perfectly salty and crispy. Will be back 100%.

A week ago I posted a review about the poor drive through experience I had at this location. I was pleasantly surprised by how seriously Habit takes customer satisfaction. Besides the immediate comment on my review, a member of their customer care team reached out to us apologized and offered to make amends. Habit burgers are awesome! And I am amazed at how much they care about their customers. I hope the drive through team can step up their game so their service can be on par with their menu and their company's commitment to its customers' satisfaction.

Got a double burger and tuna wrap. Both of them were delicious. The burger had lots of sauce, but the flavors were well combined. The meat tender and juicy. Don't recall anything close to this one from the usual burger chains. The tuna was well seared, and red and juicy in the middle. Maybe the sauce was too much for my taste, but my son liked it that way. Reading the reviews before going seemed to point to a really poor customer service. Maybe those folks left: I was greeted when approached the cash register and the young lady there helped me getting the app discount (1 free sandwich). Maybe I was lucky or it was simply late in the day and not many customers...Overall: highly recommended. It's not a fancy restaurant, but a clean fast food, with outdoor seating and excellent food.

This is my 2 time here the first time I had a small hiccup but wanted to come again This time was better and I had a great customer service the team member she took care of me and she know a her menu and will answer any questions I had the strawberry lemonade was excellent And I had green beans that was fried it was hot and very crispy and I had the. Teriyaki burger. It was cooked well done and still very juicy and quality was excellent and very fresh. The wait was not long 6 mins 45 secs. I will definitely come back again

This place has horrible service. It has let me down time and time, but you know what the burgers are extremely good. I dined on 07/19/24 at maybe 9pm. My assumption was when they hand you the device it vibrates to let you know when the orders ready to be picked up. Apparently that's not how it works. Just come in periodically to check on it.

I left a review after a my bad experience I was contacted by their costumer care manager that was supposed to make thing right it's been four months now that I haven't heard back so not now not only the service and food is back even their costumer care manager doesn't really CARE smh sucks what a joke I do not recommend this place don't waste your money go to in n out

We tried The Habit Burger Grill located inside Bonita Point Plaza on Otay Lakes Rd in Chula Vista, CA. We ordered the Double Char Burger with fries and it was very delicious. The burger patties tasted fresh with the right amount of seasoning. The French fries were nice and crispy. This restaurant location was very clean and the service was great. We look forward to going back to this location.

Terrible customer service; food was just thrown inside the bag and the sauce was spilled all over our food . I felt like I was eating nothing but grease . Very disappointed I don't think I'll ever come back to this location... feels like the employees are just entitled and all they care about is tips yet it's just a fast food place/ drive thru and yall get $20 an hour ... wild .

I wanted to give this place a try since it newly opened in Chula Vista and I have to say it was pretty good! I love how their food is freshly cooked because the onion rings, fries and tempura green beans were nice and crisp. The portabela char and spicy chicken sandwich were both very tasty but sadly the chicken sandwich was not spicy at all. Maybe like a little kick but not enough to think it was spicy. It was still good though and I would get it again! You can also order from their touch screen when you enter the restaurant. Since we came on a weeknight, it wasn't busy so we ordered at the counter and the worker who rang us up was very nice and patient as we couldn't decide what to get.I love the beach vibes from the pictures they have up since they originated from Santa Barbara, CA. I would definitely come back to try out their other burgers and sandwiches.
