They have great food, great flavor, great menu selection. Their customer service and time management can use some help. They came to our school and the owner had to wait for her staff to arrive. I get that... but my husband having to wait 45 minutes for an order only to be told "oh we've been texting you for awhile now" even though he checked in with them several times and being told his order wasn't ready is not acceptable. Learn to prep fried food (like french fries) would go a long way.Update to respond to the comment: my comment was in regards to the fall festival. I understand the confusion with the staff and their orders, that was on the staff who were impatient and didn't listen. That doesn't fall on you all.

I had a chance to try this food truck today and the food was delish! I had the chicken and sausage gumbo and the Crescent City Dog. All of the hot dogs are made with andouille sausage and they come with a side of fries for a very reasonable price. I was completely full. The sausage was full of flavor but not spicy. The fries were also well seasoned. I'd definitely recommend this food truck if you like Cajun flavors.

Food was the best I had in a long time. I had the bourbon burger and fries plus the jerk chicken tacos. It was outstanding!!!!! I will definitely be back to eat more.

Look, don't even worry about it. Get to this truck and order the food pronto! No seriously...get to The Ghost Kitchen now. They came to our job the other day for lunch.This is one of the best food trucks ever. Service is quick & they're so sweet. And one thing that really catches my eye on a food truck..THE CLEANLINESS! You can tell they take care of their truck & keep it up. I went for the crawfish roll and mac n cheese. OMG that roll was absolutely delish! Perfect seasoning on the crawfish. Not just a bunch of salt or horrid batter. The roll had the perfect buttery toasting to it. The veggies on the roll were nice & fresh. Not all soggy. The fries were good too. The mac n cheese lawd have mercy! Such creamy hooey gooey cheesey goodness. I've never understood how people ate mac n cheese as it's own meal but with Ghost Kitchen's I could. Noodles cooked perfect. Next time I'm adding shrimp & bacon. If The Ghost is in your area, run to it and not away!! You won't regret it. Yelp on my friends!

Yes! Fresh and original flavor. You can taste the attention to detail. The freshness of the bread and the crispy (not gummy or over breaded) fried crawfish is a perfect texture. And the side of fries aren't bad. Overall it's worth the guilty pleasure. Reward yourself!

Waited an hour for the place to open because we hear all the hype but You think because is run by soul food lovers with that Cajun spice they will make good food .. we order hotdogsc, fries and boudin balls andLet me tell you those bitches were still frozen from the center and the macaroni was also cold on top of the fries .. The fries it self and hot dogs are decent but the Rest not recommended

The Cajun roll is sooo fire shrimp or crawfish won't be disappointed ! Plus the Mac with shrimp is to die for !! You sleep if you haven't tried this place !! Everybody I put on trying the truck ends up loving it !!!

Almost 40 minutes on some fries and mac n cheese. Dude just set my order to the side and forgot about it.

I was so happy to see this food truck!! I had tried their jerk chicken tacos before and they were delicious with so much flavor and heat!! This time I tried the bourbon street burger and it was utterly amazing. Such good flavor!! Great fries too!! Definitely made my night!!
