I'm not sure what to rate this review because I do like The Game, however this is more for management I suppose regarding the server we had today around 2pm. His name was Nick and he quite literally was the worst customer service we've ever had. His demeanor was actually terrifying, his mood was so bad that we were scared of him lol. We noticed he was angry toward everyone he severed so maybe he had a very bad day..but when we ordered a house salad with no mushrooms and it came with mushrooms, we obviously asked for a new one and he no joke said "you f*cking didn't ask for no mushrooms" and walked away. I've never experienced anything like it.. if I ever go back in and I see him, I'll leave and maybe come back when this particular individual isn't working.

A true Juanita area landmark. You know EXACTLY what you're gettin' every time you come here -- Large portions, salty hand cut fries and reasonable prices. And of course a good place to watch sports.

I don't get the negative reviews over this place because every time I've come here with people we've all been pleased with our food and service. The fries are so delicious & fresh cut. My "go-to" is a club sandwich. A little expensive but so is everywhere nowadays.

We have gone to The Game multiple times as we live close by. It seems that the food can be hit or miss and the service is consistently terrible. The last time my husband and I went (a Monday) it took about 20 minutes for the server to take our order. After we finished eating dinner it took another 20 minutes for her to even stop by so we could ask for the check. She never took the time to check in during the meal to see if there's anything else we needed. From what we experience she seemed very scatterbrained and was too busy chatting with the regular customers. Our only saving grace was the man handling drinks and bussing tables. He consistently kept our cups full of water without us having to ask. It seems like they need to consider having one person behind the bar and two servers during evenings to keep things on track.My most recent dinner was the taco salad. The salad was... not very "salad-y" as it contained more cheese and olives than it did lettuce. It was very disappointing. However my husband got the chicken burger and enjoyed his meal. We also got the fried green beans as an appetizer, which were tasty. I'd say if you're looking for a spot to grab a couple of drinks and an appetizer this would be a decent option. But, if you want a full service meal go somewhere else.

This place has real potential. Great location, ample parking. Inside the place could use a good scrub down, the cooks needs a timer (shouldn't need a steak knife to cut potatoes so brown and hard) all the food on my plate was cold. Restaurant was not busy staff had plenty of time to stand around. I only left a tip because the 'hostess' type person at least brought me a second cup of coffee. This place has real potential, clean the place, treat all your customers like they matter, come on you all can do better.

This is really the dirtiest and most unprofessional place I've ever attempted to work for. Bugs everywhere. cigarette butts all over the place outside. The bussers are the servers slaves. They put bottles of wine in the ice that they scoop for guests drinks. Straws are unwrapped and servers stir their drinks with said straw. Employees don't wash their hands after smoking. I wouldn't recommend working there, let alone eating there.

The bartender Nick was absolutely great, funny guy, served me tasty drinks and kept me entertained for my whole time there. The food was good, the billy burger should come with more than just mayo but it's still good and the meat itself tasted great. Although I didn't win anything at pulltabs, I really enjoyed being there.

The food may be average as neighborhood dinners go, but the dive-bar ambience and indifferent service ensure I'll never set foot in this place again.I dropped in around noon on a Saturday, looking for a quick bite & a beer. Sitting at the bar counter, the beer was cold and delivered promptly. But the server apparently forgot to enter my food order, so it took 40 minutes before my food arrived. And while the minutes ticked by, I was frequently treated to servers dropping patrons' dirty dishes on the counter in front of me before putting them elsewhere. I gotta say, there's nothing like a close-up view of someone else's half-eaten burger to fire up your appetite.When my food order finally arrived, I took it to go. I couldn't get out of there quickly enough.

We have eaten at the Game many times over the years and the food is meh. We know what we are in for (greasy spoon type food) so we don't complain that the food doesn't knock your socks off. Breakfast is by far the best time to eat there. Food gets for breakfast and for all other options The one star review is because we have gone there now 3 times during a posted open time and they have twice had a locked door with a few people inside. The other time they had a full house, but told us the kitchen is closed. I will update my review when they update their hours of operation.
