One star is for the price!! $19 for a tuna sandwich with a bag of chips and a small fruit cup with 6 pieces of fruit!!! Really?? I could have gone to Escalante's and had a meal with a margarita for that! Won't happen again because I will not be back!

Our management team at work decided they wanted to show us their appreciation for our hard work by catering food from The French Quarter. Free food that's not from the cafeteria usually makes everyone happy. Go management!They decided to cater a build it yourself baked potato bar. The potatoes were all pretty big and surprisingly, they stayed hot for quite some time. It came with all the sides you would expect for a baked potato such as butter, sour cream, cheese, and green onions. We also had BBQ chopped beef or chicken to go in it as well. The BBQ was OK. It was a little more saucy than meaty. We also had a side salad which looked really good, but I didn't want to waste precious space in my belly for salad. The cookies for dessert were halfway good. I want to say one cookie was some sort of coconut and the other was either a sugar cookie or peanut butter. I grabbed the coconut cookie and it was pretty hard and did not taste very fresh. Overall, I feel like The French Corner would be a place I would consider to cater again, just not so much the baked potato bar.

My experience with French Kitchen (FC) was overly positive this time around. First I was helped by Amanda who helped me understand which items would work best for my breakfast event. She said my order would be ready at 7AM today, and it was. When I picked up my order at 7 I was warmly greeted by the owner George. I was totally impressed by his customer service and attention to me. It was totally unexpected. We shared thoughts about work and he even offered me a cup of hot and fresh coffee, while I waited for them to warm my order up. Though I had a negative experience with catered food before, today's eggs were perfect. The entire team enjoyed and complimented them. Great job George and the team at FC!

We gave this business a try and on the first delivery for a large lunch event with our C-Suite team, they were 50 minutes late. I was very clear in setting expectations for all food to be set-up by 11:45am for a 12:00pm lunch and the driver arrived at at 12:20pm and all was set up by 12:30pm. Then to add more disappointment, they did not bring our $120 fruit platter and when I emailed to notify them and request a refund they refused to respond and left me a voicemail stating that the driver "insisted" he brought it. He indeed did not. Lastly, nothing was labeled, no croutons for the salad, and the presentation was Panera level at best. If you need a caterer you can trust, this may not be the company to use. Very disappointing customer service on top of a terrible experience.

Switching to more of a catering business than dining in, which was confusing when trying to order and figuring that out on the phone. Thus, need to order a large amount rather than just individual portions. Their sausage, egg and cheese was much better than the bacon, egg and cheese, so would recommend that. The pastries were pretty good.

We ordered here for our Department Holiday Party today 12/16/2022 . BBQ to be individually boxed , to be delivered at 10:30 am , Party to start at 11:00am. We called at 9:00 and was told the order will be ready . At 10:45 no delivery !! Called multiple times but no one would pick up the phone , finally used different phone to call and someone pick up right away , was told on hold and was told again , food should be ready soon. Long story short the food was not delivered until 12:30 pm , and they did not individually boxed them !! What a HORRIBLE SERVICE !! And what a way to ruin our nurses And Dept Holiday party !!

Whenever we have a meeting at our medical center facility, we always have The French Corner cater it. Whether it is breakfast or lunch the food is always outstanding and the customer service is great. If I need to revise my catering order or make a special request, I just call directly and it's done. The delivery service is always on time and delivered by professional, friendly, and helpful drivers.
