Drinks were on point. Pages and pages of speciality cocktails. House made amaro and far washed spirits. I mean, come on.Ambiance was great. No bachelorette's parties allowed! Such a relief.

My wife and I frequent speakeasies and hidden bars in every city we visit and found this to be among the best we've tried to date. Both the food and drink were exceptional, matching the description perfectly and creating an experience that won't soon be forgotten. My favorite was the MCM Old Fashioned and my wife's was Marked as a Gift. We were so impressed, we even came back and brought my brother a day later. Needless to say, The Fox's cocktails do not disappoint, the ambiance is perfect and the service was excellent!

The experience was amazing, out of the world. I tried my usual drink, old fashioned (or fox old fashioned) first. Then I asked them to customize a drink knowing my taste for old fashioned. Both drinks were heavenly. Also tried all the drinks in my table, just perfection. We also tried all small plates, the charcuterie board without meat; and vegan pimento cheese; the cookie and smoked goat cheese. Everything was amazing. Most exemplary is the customer service.. every person there knows their drinks. And the experience they ensure you get during your time there is the best. Loved it and will be back! A true gem in Nashville.

My husband and I came here November of 2022 and had the absolute best time, the best drinks and best snack. The miso deviled eggs were my favorite. So, now it's September of 2024 and we had to come back. We were in town for one night and knew we wouldn't be disappointed coming back. Our bartender, Allison was so fun to chat with and made amazing drinks. The ambiance is lovely as well - such a great experience all around.

This place is a star of East. Snag a reservation in advance if you want to check it out. Limited free parking available. An early reservation here is a good call. Excellent service, super attentive staff. The atmosphere is dark and cozy and sexy. Elevated price point but you get what you pay for in the best way. Small bites menu that's perfectly executed. Great date spot!

The fox is 10/10. The amount of drink options they have and the environment is top-tier. All of the employees are amazing.

Inviting & comfortable, this small space is a secret passage into a place I feel like men in the 1960s would call "Heaven." Tucked away from the main drag, The Fox has a well-worn and inviting ambience with tones of mahogany and dark cherry. It's the ideal setting to get lost in conversation, and find the bottom of your glass.I took a risk and tried something with WHISKY (bear with me. I am 21.) It cost me $18 to realize that, to me, whisky tastes like someone combined nail polish remover and gasoline. But that is no fault of The Fox. So please disregard that. I was disappointed in the Appletini I ordered post plugging-my-nose-&-gulping-down-my-Old-Fashioned. I thought it was a safer bet, but was shocked by how artificial it tasted. Of course I still finished it (did I mention I'm 21?) To end on a high note, the deviled eggs made me astral project. They should call them Angelic Eggs, because I think I heard cherubim & seraphim singing with each bite.

The Fox is tucked away right under Mickey's. It's a small, dark bar with an extensive cocktail list and one incredible espresso martini! Our bartender recommended that and I loved the flavor and presentation. I followed that with the Snowfall On Nakatomi Plaza, which is now one of my favorite local drinks. It's so light and refreshing!
